The manager at the Campbell location was horrendous. We received a promo code and decided to give this place a try. When we went into the store, they managed a refused to honor the promo code sitting that they could only be used online. It was clearly pinched that the promo code was applicable, either in store or online and could be used in the Campbell location. He refused to budge so we canceled our order. We ended up going to the Garrett station and ordering our pizzas. It was not that we cannot afford the pizza. But it was the principle of the matter. If you send someone a promo code, you need to honor it.
Really enjoyed the pizza, I had the hawaiian pizza and wow. The crust was so crispy and it doesn't taste like your typical hawaiian pizza, it had a surprise jalapeño slice that made the pepperoni and pineapple come together so well.

We got takeout because we had a deal from an app, and took it back to our hotel. We had a gluten-free pizza with mushrooms, pepperoni, honey and cheese, and it was delicious. We also got some gluten-free chocolate chip cookies which were great as well— they’re quite large so one cookie could serve at least 2 people.

Delicious pizza and friendly service! Big space for dining in if you are at Ghirardelli Square. Highly recommend! The Ellen Supreme was great.

Way overpriced. Mediocre personal sized pizza for almost $30.

Delicious pizza with a crispy & tasty deep dish crust. It reminds me of Pizza Hut delicious crust from the 80’s when they cooked their pizzas in cast iron pans. Quick & easy to order delivery when I ordered from their App! My pizza was at my door 35 minutes after ordering!

Tried the Hawaiian pizza — flavor was good, and the crust was thick and hearty. I found the price a bit on the higher side ($27.94 with tax). They offer free sparkling water, which is a nice touch. The dining area was fine, though the restroom could be a bit cleaner.

Love that there is plenty of seating and tables, service was pretty fast and efficient. The bathroom was very clean. Pizza was ok, a bit overpriced, but it makes sense its in a tourist spot.

Solid spot near the waterfront in SF. Definitely doesn’t feel super unique but it was a pleasant experience.
Definitely recommend the wings!
Tech-heavy service with the feeling of burn and turn when spending $40+ per person.

The best Detroit Pizza in SF. Way better than Joyride or Pie Punks. Will definitely be back many times.
