Great place for breakfast/ brunch. Was in the neighborhood and heading back to the East Bay. Walked in and grabbed a cup of coffee while I sat down and they made my Castro omelette to go. The food was prepared as requested. Hash browns crispy ,wheat toast and a delicious costco omelette scramble. Plenty of napkins and serving utensils in the bag. Thank you so muchthank you so much!

We came in with little to no expectation, but arguably the best fish (cod) and chips we had in a long, long time. The batter was crisp and the fish was steamy tender, not mushy. It could only be better if the fish was halibut . I can't complain. The skinny fries were so darn tasty as well. They didn't harden as they cooled. My husband & I were snacking on them until we left. Our other dish was Grilled Salmon Cobb Salad. Salmon had a crispy sear with a semi-rare center. Perfectly cooked! The Gorgonzola and crispy fresh bacon brought the salad to another level. What is there not to like? And the portions were huge too. Meant to be shared. Definitely will return!

Loved the potatoes with rosemary. Portion was good. Food was tasty and light. Just lacked some uniqueness compared to other brunch restaurants.

Food took a while and eggs were cold. Also took a while to get decaf coffee because they couldn't brew it and had to make an Americano. Wouldn't go back.

I got the crab cake sandwich and honestly it was very very good. I didn't realize they would be fried, but they were so good tasting that it's calling me back. I had always walked by this place and always heard about it, but never really eaten here. The server is super friendly, parking isn't that great, and prices for a very nice coffee shop, just a tad more expensive then if you went somewhere else along the peninsula. San Francisco is always more expensive than eating anywhere else.Parking: And remember if you're in San Francisco you're also paying for parking even if it's metered... And that adds two to four bucks more to your bill.

Bought the crab cake eggs Benedict with a kale caesar salad on March 9 and it gave me food poisoning!

Food was amazing and fast. 4 ppl were able to sit right away and still more seats to have for a bigger party is you like. Definitely like the fresh squeeze, orange juice and the champagne. If you're looking for mimosas, this is definitely a spot to get it.! Loved the quietness and they had kid menus as well. Definitely a family friendly environment

This review is for a togo order so it’s just strictly about the food. I ordered the smoked salmon eggs Benedict with the side of the potatoes. The hollandaise sauce didn’t have much flavor and didn’t add much to the dish, the smoke salmon is just cut up smoked salmon that you can get at Costco wasn’t anything special, the poached egg was good though and perfectly cooked, the best thing about the dish was the side of potatoes they were crispy and delicious.

Had brunch here the other day. It was really cold in the restaurant and I asked a worker to bring my coffee to me so I can warm up. I ordered a shot of vanilla syrup (1$ upcharge) which never came with my coffee until 20 minutes later and by that time my coffee was cold. I had also asked for extra cream and never got it. My food, chicken sliders, tasted like dirty grease and I was very disappointed, had someone checked on me, they would have known. The level of service at this establishment is POOR and being that I am in the service industry, I expected more. Restaurant also appeared outdated and old. I won’t be back.

Love the one in the Castro, but this one is another level. Only two stars for the wonderful, friendly staff. The food -- yech, the fried chicken sandwich was old and dry and the chicken tasted kinda old. Literally tasted better with just the bread and coleslaw. The coffee tastes like they reuse espresso grounds. Everything was made with no skill, love, technique. A real shame for a great location with great staff.
