Do yourself a favor and come on down and grab some chicken. I felt the instant hospitality from Will While other coworkers were jampacked busy . The Employee Will didn’t hesitate to make sure that my needs were met during the rush-hour amazing service.

Far beyond my expectation! The chicken was crispy and the chips are hot and fresh. The veg is very fresh. The paid food is much better than the free food in the lounge, lol

First time visiting the SFO airport location and was standing by the register waiting to order and the cashier (Elizabeth) ignored me for about 5 minutes even though she saw me standing there. I do realize that at times you may be busy doing something else like preparing someone’s meal or whatever, but learn to acknowledge that someone is at your establishment waiting to spend money at your place of employment! Customer service is not good at all! Do better

People seems disinterested manager or whomever was in the front interacting with customers just bounced. And the more frustrating thing is that they have a 5% sfo employee benefits charge. Brother I used a screen to order. Not a single smile was given, mood is just not there and you want me to pay for your employees benefits? This model just ain’t it. Or at least have employee benefits thankful

It’s edible gluten free fried chicken at the airport. The place was hopping. So many people. Probably because even if it wasn’t gluten free it would still be good.
Had the Nashville hot before a flight which could have been a bad choice but the flight was short.
Some of the tenders were a bit soggy but overall was happy. The price was reasonable, portions large and sauces generous. Not a great place to sit because it’s soooo busy. But that’s a good thing especially for airport food!

we wanted a burger, walked 15 minutes to BK, saw the outrageous prices, walked back and went here and it was cheaper and exceptional for airport food. we got two cali bacon sandwiches and a 4 spicy tender box and you definitely get bang for your buck. tenders are tangy and spicy, sauces are incredible, and fries are delicious. an older gentleman working at the pickup counter joked around with us about ketchup with our fries and handed us a generous amount of packets. if we had this chain where we came from, it would be a no brainer. 100% can recommend

Great chicken. Reasonably priced for the airport. Service was top notch, shoutout to Edmund. The food here is high quality and the drinks are amazing, don't skip the house made peach iced tea, or mango iced tea I've seen it rotate between them. Either flavor is fantastic.

The gentleman preparing my food this morning on 11/05/25 (African American male, glasses, shoulder length hair) was a bright spot of my morning. After dealing with some rude staff checking in for my flight, his happy demeanor and cheery attitude was a breath of fresh air! Also, my chicken sandwich was delicious! Thanks!

Usually I come here and receive great service. Today's night crew started off ok until I accidentally dropped one of my tenders on the airport floor and had to throw it away from falling on the nasty carpet. I went back to tell them (Elizabeth G, Cashier) about it and asked if I could get a new one as a replacement.
She along with the meal prep guy said they cannot help me with that laughingly and speaking about it in their foreign language. Laughed again, said sorry again and told me about a 5 second rule to pick it up off the floor and eat it.
I was taken back and baffled by this statement. Especially that I was a paying customer, A hungry Flight Attendant at that waiting for his next flight. Elizabeth wanted to charge me an extra $4 for one more finger instead of doing the right thing. It really was just not great hospitable customer service.
Starbird SFO please fix this procedure as it is not customer service friendly and makes your business look bad by employees servicing like this. I would have atleast appreciated some type of effort to confirm what I was saying was true, as if they thought I was trying to get a freebie.
Instead I was met with rude, disrespectful dismissive comments that was simply poorly worded to tell someone they should’ve picked it up and ate off the floor if within 5 seconds. Where I come from we do not eat off the floor especially a heavily popula public floor. Please do better
