The cashier that’s working around 5-6pm weekdays needs to get her act together. She cannot take the simplest orders and just stares at you with a blank expression. I’ve never had to repeat my order so many times and still get the wrong drink or size. Also tell me why I ordered a venti and it was less than 2/3 full. Why am I paying for an $8 drink that’s half empty?? Please for the love of god get rid of the people working around that time, they are completely incompetent.

this used to be my favorite starbucks in the city but the service has gone down considerably. the black girl they have at the register has an attitude and always gets my order wrong. the asian guy never fills up my drink.

As in cashier with glasses smiled in a mocking way saying “we can’t really hang out water anymore”, which last I checked is illegal at California? Maybe I’m mistaken as I haven’t asked an lawyer

This place is fine. It’s quiet, there’s lots of space. If you want decent coffee/snacks though, Sightglass is at 20th and Florida and CoffeeShop is at 21st and Bryant. Far superior.
I’m Starbucks customer for over 20years. Today, 02/21 around 4pm , I ask the drink maker(tall and skinny one) for the restroom code. She said I have to buy something to use the restroom. I don’t know is because my race or not, her attitude and energy is so bad and rude. I show her my Starbucks app is still useless. At the end I just purchase a drink and get the code from the cashier. If you don’t like working at customer service field, go find other job.

There's been multiple Wednesdays recently that i was passing by and they were closed at 10am. I did notice that they were cleaning inside and out. I don't know if this is an every Wednesday occurance, or just a random deep clean of the store but better signage would be appreciated.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks location for years, they are open until 9:00 pm, but now every time I arrive at 8:00 pm “they say they can’t serve coffee because the machine is not working it takes to long to clean”. So what’s the point of a coffee shop being open until 9:00 if it can’t serve coffee? Now I’ve just arrived at 7:45 pm and again the two lazy employees says the machine is not working, that’s just a lack of management and owner presence…

It would be wonderful if they got their consistency together. You can order the exact same thing. Go to 50 different Starbucks, and you get 50 different versions.
L, o, l, no, it's not that bad. But sometimes it seems like it is. But hey, when it is good, it's very good.
