The location is ok, outlet access is a pain, and drinks are just acceptable. But I do like the lobby layout.
But most importantly, theres a very unhealthy work culture here. Saw some employees flirting and several times now I got treated like a creeper by guys.
Like, you all may have dating on the mind but im standing at the drink bar because theres a problem with my freaking drink. Im literally watching the person making it, so what if she's a girl. Stop running interference on shadows ffs.

I ordered a Raspberry Foam Cold Brew and it's definitely one of my favorite flavor combinations with the blending of sweet and bitter. The location itself is large and open with an industrial aesthetic which is pretty standard and on trend at the moment. The wait for my coffee was kind of crazy though (15 min) and this location is the closest to me but it would take a solid 20-30 minutes to walk there. There used to be a Starbucks 5 minutes away, but they closed it, along with another location in the neighborhood, and I rarely go to Starbucks anymore as a result. It's disappointing, but I'm learning to like Peet's.

The guy asked me 5 times about my coffee, really sad. He didn't pay attention and he was terrible with mathematics with my change

1. This is grand Starbucks with a alotnof settings. Never found any isues in finding a good place for me.
2. Inspite of being in a busy area, one can always find parking and thats also free around this place.
3. Starbucks product list and service, top class
4. Plenty of power connection slots and free wifi if you want to stay for an hour or two on your laptop

The cashier that’s working around 5-6pm weekdays needs to get her act together. She cannot take the simplest orders and just stares at you with a blank expression. I’ve never had to repeat my order so many times and still get the wrong drink or size. Also tell me why I ordered a venti and it was less than 2/3 full. Why am I paying for an $8 drink that’s half empty?? Please for the love of god get rid of the people working around that time, they are completely incompetent.

Nice Starbucks, it's more like an actual cafe than a Starbucks, it's got nice chairs and tables and everything set up

Isn't this what any Starbucks should look like?
As in cashier with glasses smiled in a mocking way saying “we can’t really hang out water anymore”, which last I checked is illegal at California? Maybe I’m mistaken as I haven’t asked an lawyer
Amazing experience. Store manager Rachel is the best she’s super nice to everyone and always has a smile.
