This has to be the laziest bunch of kids working there. How did Starbucks find 3 of the laziest people I have ever seen? Worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks.

Such a cool little Starbucks. No places to sit this is mostly just a to go Starbucks. But the workers were super friendly and they have a cool window you can watch the workers make the drinks thru! Street parking here with limited spots. Would def recommend coming here!

There is no seating in this location. There are no restrooms. Wifi does not work. My drink took 45 minutes (albeit ordered at 9am) and it was incorrect.

Second time here and previous had the best experience (Lea is a gem); however, this time I was picking up a mobile order (Jeff was clearly having a bad day & ready to go home… very rude and impatient when it came to my bag fee … a bag fee of $.25 totally had him unnerve, prior to he was rude to a customer asking for water). While I realize this is a high traffic area (Jeff needs to check his attitude at the door or get another job)!! I’m happy to return but hoping Jeff gets a new job or attitude!!

The very nice lady at the register, I think her name is Zeq(sorry if I messed it up) is always so warm and inviting. Not only is she polite to customers, but to her employees as well. She gives manager vibes. Thank you for the great service.

It’s a very busy week in downtown San Francisco with JPM healthcare conference. This location while it took a few minutes to get someone’s attention to order a coffee but to my surprise this was the best latte have gotten from Starbucks in quite a while.

I said I was there for an order pickup, but the lady made eye contact and ignored me, chatting with her coworker. Another employee almost passed by, but I had to repeat myself before she gave me my order. There were no other customers besides one already being helped.

Stopped in nearly every day during my recent vacation for variety of beverages (hot coffee, hot tea, and lemonades), as well as bagels and pastries. Service is excellent- team members are very friendly, efficient, and polite. Everyone works cooperatively to make sure your order is filled correctly and quickly. Cafe can become crowded quickly, and there is limited space to wait for your order but thankfully things move rapidly. The only thing that bothered me was that during my last visit to this cafe a customer was permitted to bring a large dog inside. The dog was not well-behaved (he jumped up at several customers) and he was not wearing any type of service animal identification. I do not think pets (not referring to service animals- they undergo extensive training), should be allowed where food is served.
