Came here everyday for a week. Everyone was always pleasant and perky. Service was fast and efficient. It's a very, very small store. There is no where to sit.

Won't talk about the drinks bc they're pretty much the same everywhere lol. But there was some miscommunication with our order and we got a wrong drink. We told the people working there and they quickly made our drink. They also let us keep the other drink! The inside is nice and clean.

ALL seating has been removed - apparently from all Union Square locations. But, extra accommodating staff, with a location set in a historic hotel, right by the cable cars and shopping.

This Starbucks cafe on Powell Street in Union Square is awesome. An easy stop for a slice of lemon loaf and banana nut bread, as well as an iced mocha and royal english breakfast tea. Flavors perfect. No lines on a Saturday afternoon. Quick, friendly service. Clean establishment. It's a pretty small space, with no seating available. But we took our order to go, to enjoy while viewing the Chinese New Year Parade a block away. Great experience overall.

I came this morning and there was an homeless man waiting inside the coffee shop without coffee ;2 men where waiting outside the coffee shop their coffee ;I suppose because of the homeless inside ;when I was waiting the coffee he talked to me and when I had the coffee he left like he was waiting that I take the coffee .After that I left the coffee when through away the coffee .Too much homeless around Starbucks coffee who doesn’t respect the pravicy of others and the Starbucks employees are negligent about that!Denis victor Sanchez
