This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Starbucks. An Asian American female employee treated me with clear disrespect simply because I don’t speak English perfectly. Instead of helping me, she was impatient, rude, and dismissive, making me feel embarrassed and unwelcome while trying to place a simple order.
There is absolutely no excuse for treating a customer this way. Language barriers are normal, especially in a diverse city, and mocking or looking down on someone for it is unacceptable. This behavior felt discriminatory and completely against Starbucks’ values.
Management needs to address this immediately. No customer should be made to feel inferior because English is not their first language. I will not return to this location and I strongly warn others who speak English as a second language to be cautious here.

They don't ever have drink carriers. They don't have sugar. What kinda coffee place doesn't have sugar? Lady is super rude. Asian. Has no tolerance for anyone. Short and rude. Never smiles. She works every morning. If you ask for something extra to be added to your drink it is received with a rude smurk or sigh.. She seems frustrated. Or even angry. When she messed up my order she acted like I had done something wrong! When she obviously made the mistake. I won't go back here again.
