This place makes a good matcha and deserves an award haha. Will make this place my go to. Very accessible while driving too
I love this Starbucks and I come here often to get coffee and get some work done. But I can't stay here longer because power outlets are not working in this starbucks. Please fix it.
Today I have to buy my coffee again. and I'm tired every time I buy my coffee he treats me badly the cashier is a resister. we are clients to overcome and have the profit like this star bucks the cashier is a rasista
Definitely could use some health and safety training at this location. Watched the expo person change out the trash then went and helped bag sandwiches. After that they went over and started handling drinks again. The cashier kept touching and rubbing their nose. Yes I understand it happens during this time a year but this was every few seconds. Wash your hands!!!!! Eeeewwww
Don’t go here. Asked for a couple of water. They refused. I am a bit insulted and shocked. Frequent Starbucks for coffee all the time. No more. Way to lose a customer that spends over $40 a week at SBucks
Starbucks San Francisco (SoMa) is an absolutely delightful coffee shop with the perfect atmosphere for a coffee lover. This shop has plenty of seating for those who want to stay awhile, but also plenty of spaces to grab coffee and go. With coffee, lattes, and teas available, there is something for everyone. The baristas are always friendly and knowledgeable and they have an impressive array of delicious pastries to choose from. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. I have visited on both weekday mornings and weekend afternoons and it is always pleasant. If you are ever in SoMa I highly recommend you stop in to Starbucks San Francisco. A great place to start your day or take a break
Waited 20 min for a coffee they prioritize the mobile orders over someone right in front of them. Then spilled my coffee and served it burnt
I am a courier. I came to this Starbucks restaurant on 3rd street today to pick up an order. The order consisted of two paper glasses of water. They packed it in a huge paper bag, which is never done, since the glasses will immediately turn over and spill. Which happened. As soon as I received the order, water immediately poured from the bottom of the paper bag. I gave the package back and asked to change the contents and packaging of the order. The young man at the checkout replied to me rather rudely: "Buddy, these are your problems. You took the order - take it." This is unprofessional and very rude. This has never happened before, even though I regularly receive orders from Starbucks restaurants.
Tried to charge me for a single CUP OF WATER - and refuses to sell a cup of hot water with coconut milk to use with instant coffee, citing "last months policy" that no other locations seem to follow. BOYCOTT.
Hours on google and Starbucks mobile app need to reflect actual opening and closing times of this location. Put in my mobile order at 6 am but store was not open.

Its a Starbucks but kind of the ghost of one. That's gentrification baby!
The staff member was incredibly rude and dismissive. I'm a daily customer at other locations and have never been treated as poorly as I was at this location.
Busy Bucks here, but have no fear your coffee is coming right up. Great coffee and better staff
Employees are super nice I only get hot chocolate but I'm very picky on how it's made.
Super friendly staff I was there on Saturday not sure the name of the barista but he was really nice and got my order done really fast would highly recommend this location
