Located on the 4th floor in Macy's. You'll be lucky if you get a window seat and enjoy your coffee while looking out over Union Square.
The Strawberry Matcha Strato Frappuccino I had was delicious. And it was my first time here, but I like how they don't leave out the drinks for mobile order. Just in case another customer accidentally takes it. I did a mobile order as soon as I saw a long line. I'm glad to see they're using clear cups, I can't stand Frappuccinos in paper cups.
I initially wanted to order my drink at the Starbucks near the Lions Gate by Chinatown, but I didn't know they closed.
Overall, I had a great experience and hopefully I get a seat by the windows.

If you get a pastery or š§ they're always fresh :)
If there's a local ā shop and your not in a hurry, go there instead and save yourself a few dollars since Starbucks is definitely overpriced!

The older Asian lady was gaslighted me, I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese. She said āwill if you wanted cream cheese donāt say you donāt want it when ordering ā(I never said that š) after I showed her my bag that said plain bagel with cream cheese!! (They did give me cream cheese so yay but I thought it was fun that she didnāt want to attempt that she got it wrong š )

Iām not a fan of Starbucks food and their drinks are not at the top but when you get amazing service as the one provided from the amazing barista Kevin, you canāt help but to get back to the place. Itās a matter of feeling.

The staff was extremely rude. A Latina employee working Friday around 5 PM threw coffee at my friend, burning his hand and soaking his pants and shoes. Iāve seen similar complaints, and I hope management addresses this issueāno one deserves such treatment.
