This is the 3 rd time I went in and the staff is NOT the friendliest . I say GOODMORNING NOTHING BACK . I grab my order and give a hardy loud THANK YOU ….. and NOTHING BACK .I hear another customer say THANK YOU and NOTHING BACK . It’s pretty sad given they work in customer service . Perhaps this is one of the locations that need to be closed down. Do better STARBIES !

Disappointed with how I was treated today. I ordered a cold brew and paid extra for non-dairy cold foam, but it was missing. When I politely pointed it out, the baristas told me it was my mistake and insisted I was wrong—instead of simply fixing it. I wasn’t looking for an argument, just the drink I paid for. It’s frustrating to be dismissed like that over something so small.

Went here to get a cup of ice willing to pay the 25 cents as I always do.I was refused service and told I need to buy something.Wow..buying the cup of ice was a the purchase.Nonetheless, never heard of this..maybe its because I was the only brother in there.Dont go to this Starbucks if you are in the Hstorically Black Fillmore.

I just want a latte that won’t burn my mouth. I hope baristas learn to make it without over steaming the milk because it effects the foam and it’s just not pleasant to drink

The new folks hired are so rude, used to come here every day and now maybe once a month. I may never come back after today. Paid an extra 1. 30 just because I wanted it hot instead of cold, makes no sense.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Starbucks located at 1750 Divisadero. The staff at this location were extremely unprofessional and rude. This morning, I ordered a coffee and politely asked one of the baristas if he could add a bit more cream to improve the taste. His response was, “Don’t tell me how to do my job—I do this every day.”

I calmly reiterated my request, but instead of accommodating or responding respectfully, he told me to get a refund and refused to remake the drink. He then discarded the coffee in the sink in a very dismissive manner.

I’ve never experienced this kind of treatment at any other Starbucks. I hope management addresses this issue, as this level of customer service is unacceptable.

sunday 5:39am and out of coffee. i was thrilled to learn my local starbucks was open at 6am. i arrived at exactly 6am but doors were locked. 2 team members looked at me from inside. they looked at me as if i was interrupting them. one came to unlock the door. no smile. no hello. same when i arrived at the counter. i tipped them anyway but not exactly the way i wanted to start my sunday. it may not be your dream job but team grump isn't good for anyone.
