There isn’t any seating area and folks had to lay to window wall for long waiting. I understood no seating due to Covid but not seating after it?

This location is more of a large coffee stand than a cafe.
No seating, standing room only. This is not a place sit and work or have a meeting.

Their nitro machine is broken, but that’s not reflected in mobile ordering so prepare to be disappointed.

This review includes a poor review of the company's poor on the phone customer service. This particular star has an attentive group who are pleasant and quick to serve. On the down size, there is no place for dining in the store. A big negative for me who likes the full coffee shop experience of in store dining.Buyers who purchase a gift card beware. The sticker covering the security code may lift part of the card and security code number. Then you call customer service for the team that specializes in resolving this issue, and the non US born representative tells you there is no team and that "you have to go to the store and get a replacement, because when you call, we need the card number and pin." Had I had my phone working at the time, I would have simply added funds on my app. But I made the purchase specifically to avoid the added hassle of having to take my laptop to the store to register the card and then use the card to get credit to my Starbucks account. I hope Execs read this. Find a new way to address these issues for your customers. And get your Customer Service Team trained to know what services are actually available to the customer via a telephone call.

They were super nice and made the drinks correctly and they forgot our cheese danish and they ran it outside to us. That was excellent customer service.

A Starbucks not very visually welcoming. The waitresses were not very smiling and not attentive. Worst caffe latte I've ever had.

Three stars because the gentleman working the counter pays more attention to tips than how to properly spell my name. Everytime I come to this location, he spells my name incorrectly, which has me waiting longer as my name is not being called. Today, I even spelled my name, slowly, letter by letter, only for him to still misspell my name. Yet, he writes the amount of tip you leave on the receipt(for his records I presume). Focusing more on customer service and the correct spelling of one's name should be priority at this point.

Whatever happened to sitting at a cafe with your laptop and drinking coffee? That was my plan, but God help you if your laptop dies because there is no place to plug it in? There used to be outlets but they have been removed due to combatting the homeless problem at specific San Francisco locations. When did Starbucks start discriminating against people based on looks? If you pay for coffee, you should be able to have the same treatment at all of the locations. This arrogance and entitlement was sickening. What good is offering wifi if your power hungry device can't be turned on? And I was told this by a person of color, which you would think would be more sympathetic of discrimination. Discrimination is not how a company should battle any issue. You know we as a society, have become focused on Issues like Transgender, when we should really focus on basic human needs like shelter, bathrooms, and being able to sit and work at a cafe that supports being able to power your device to use the services offered. Anyways, Starbucks is not on my list anymore for a cafe experience. Try Philz coffee, the coffee is way better and they don't discriminate, and they have outlets.

On 29 August 2023 at 8:29 am the store manager, Stacey, demanded that I exit the store because I was EATING AT THE STORE and "being disrespectful" to staff by questioning another staff member who also demanded that I exit the store because I ate the food, the Starbucks food that I just bought, a sandwich out of $150/week that I spend on their damn company, at their wonderful store. This Stacey further lied that "all San Francisco stores are like that". Really? all SF stores are eager to kick out their prime middle-aged lemon-wearing demographic for EATING? someone needs some training here, Laxman.
