Gotta give it up for Curtis at the crew at this particular Starbucks. Usually SF Starbies are chaotic and unwelcoming but the team here was friendly, attentive, and incredibly speedy. They even brought my order directly to my table. Hope restored in metro Sbux!
There is one employee who is lazy with customer service. First time there I ordered a cup of brewed coffee. She dispensed the coffee but walked away. I had to ask another employee to give me that cup. At another store the employee would hand me the coffee as soon as I was done paying. Another time I bought the lemon bread and she gave me the lemon cake in its plastic bag without even removing it and putting it properly in the Starbucks paper bag. She makes the experience feel...
