We came twice on our trip to SF, the staff was super friendly from the first time we came in. It made us come here again and Olivia remembered us and greeted us with amazing service. Everyone went above and beyond for the service.
This is our first time to such amazing treatment
We will definitely come here again if we come back to SF just for the service 🥳

I come here every morning and just wanted to use the restroom. Even though I told him I was going to get something, he insistently knocked on the restroom door even though I stayed there for three minutes. I will never come back and I will complain everywhere about this. (kayth ) A girl bothered me in the bathroom. Damn, she was persistent. Even though I told her I was going shopping, she knocked on the bathroom door several times.
Really rude when aÃsles him a question . And being sarcástico.

The best Starbucks! The staff are always very friendly, always with a smile on their face. Now that I’m moving to the San Francisco area, this will definitely be my favorite place to grab a coffee. I’ve been here about 3 or 4 times and each visit has been a good experience. I especially want to mention one employee who wears a small pin with the LGBTQIA+ flag (I don’t remember her name), but she’s kind, friendly, and very welcoming :D

Well this was a first for me at a Starbucks. The store must be having a bad time with people using the restroom.
They will make you wait in line to buy something before letting use the restroom no matter how much you need to pee.

There is a policy for no use of the restroom without a purchase.
The manager would not allow a disabled person in a wheelchair to use handicap accessible restrooms and continued to ignore the person when because they would not make a purchase.
Corporate employees have no sense of human curiosity.

A pretty busy location, but service was very quick and the employees were decently friendly. Not the best Starbucks to hang out at given the limited seating and how busy it is, but a great location to stop by quickly in the morning.

Usually, people come to the café to work or meet someone. But the lady who takes the orders keeps talking loudly and greets every person who enters with an unnecessarily loud voice. It becomes irritating after a while

They cocked me out
and so, I've been buying coffee and breakfast at this place for 4 years now, today I went in to use the toilet and have breakfast at Starbucks, I asked for the password to enter the toilet and they refused me, they said that only visitors use the toilet, and I lost all desire to have breakfast at this place!
Great service. Happy and friendly service
Good as always
