This location takes entirely too long.On 2 occasions I ordered on the app which said my drink will be ready in 6-8 minutes and I ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes and drink still was not ready. Had to cancel my order. I truly miss the 333 Market location.

Opens at 4:30am M-F, and it's close to the transit station for buses & trains. It doesn't host a restroom early in the morning and the inside dining area is small or considered tight for a such a busy area.

The staff is super friendly, willing to answer my questions and were all encouraging. For my birthday drink I wanted something creative but I just didn’t know how to make it special.
Bridgette was particularly helpful helping me navigate my options. I thought I wanted a hot drip coffee with 3 cubes of ice… I didn’t want the ice to get all small. I also didn’t want it to be bitter at all, but I’ve been afraid of sugar intake because of social media. And who really knows what is a stevia?
After walking me through an entire semester of 3rd grade science, including the laws of heat transfer and an overview of geopolitical policies surrounding GMOs, I was able to order my perfect drink — a 30 oz cup of tepid milk.

I ordered through mobile app, and waited 25 minutes for my coffee. There were 8 people “working” at the store and just ONE person preparing the coffees, when the place was really crowded. Worst Starbucks in town. The app should have a cancel order option, because I really wanted to leave and have my money back.

The app is misleading. Before I ordered it estimated 6-8 mins until the order is ready. After I paid the app changed the estimate to 16-18 mins. This is the third time that’s happened at this location specifically. If Starbucks can’t get the estimate right, they either need to remove the feature or allow us to cancel the order and go about our morning. Instead, I now have to wait much longer than I had expected.
