The app is misleading. Before I ordered it estimated 6-8 mins until the order is ready. After I paid the app changed the estimate to 16-18 mins. This is the third time that’s happened at this location specifically. If Starbucks can’t get the estimate right, they either need to remove the feature or allow us to cancel the order and go about our morning. Instead, I now have to wait much longer than I had expected.

Understaffed & impractical if it’s 8-10am and you need a latte to go. There was a line of 19 people waiting on lattes and a total of TWO baristas working. If your time is limited ask for a drip coffee to go; the cashier will make it for you in seconds and you’ll be on your way. Otherwise if you absolutely HAVE to order some pumpkin spice nonsense, be prepared to wait a minimum of 25 minutes.
No waste baskets outside for some reason- bring your own I guess 🤷‍♂️

Using the restroom without making a purchase is not allowed here. Not sure if it’s only to me or to everyone. While I understand the policy, it feels a bit unnecessary. As a long-time Starbucks customer, I’ve never had an experience like this before.

Customers are walking out without their orders because of 15+ minute waits. I can’t see any coming back. I hope the new CEO is visiting enough stores to see this kind of customer churn first hand.

UPDATE: After navigating the website to finally finding an online form, I tried filling it out and the CAPTCHA doesn't work. Yet another thing for the new CEO to fix. I'm cheering for you guys, but you're really making it hard on customers. Everyone who walks out the door without an order becomes a permanent customer somewhere else.

Pick up orders routinely run 15-20+ minutes beyond scheduled pick-up (over 30-40 minutes prep time) for weekday morning orders, which has led to mobile orders that can’t be picked up

Went here to get a gingerbread latte or something similar the Asian guy working was rude and not helpful I asked what would be similiar because a different Starbucks in Parnassus suggested gingerbread or some other drink I couldn’t remember but they were helpful this Starbucks the guy was rude and I ordered egg bites he said they don’t have change just rude and not great customer service at all so I didn’t get anything would have been nice to suggest what’s a great drink he didn’t even suggest anything he just seemed irritated and shut me down I would’ve paid with my card but he was just so rude after he said no change he said sorry have a great day I was a little taken back because I was going to pull out my card but he didn’t even give me a chance
