In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

Using the restroom without making a purchase is not allowed here. Not sure if it’s only to me or to everyone. While I understand the policy, it feels a bit unnecessary. As a long-time Starbucks customer, I’ve never had an experience like this before.

A long time very respectful customer. The girl with tattos is very unprofressional. I come in often and greet everyone. One time I came in and usually the staff greets customers coming in. I was the only one inside and I got no greeting from her. She's selective with who she wants to greet. I come in there and spend my money, I expect at least a greeting especially one in return which she never does. She shouldnt be inn customer service since she lacks customer service

Now I am no connoisseur of Coffee nor will I ever boast of being one, however I can tell you this Starbucks really makes the Star come to mind. being elevated I would guess 4 or 5 levels above the ground nestled into the side of the Salesforce Tower completely shocked me when I first laid eyes on it the first time. this Beautiful Creation that is the salesforce park a feat of modern ingenuity and know how complimented with a brilliant idea of attaching the park to the building...
