I visited Starbucks and had an unfortunate experience that I feel needs to be shared. After enjoying a cup of coffee, I politely asked the barista for a refill. The barista, Abby, did not respond with a smile or any acknowledgment; instead, she gave me an angry look.
I also requested a cup of water without ice, but Abby appeared visibly upset with this request as well. Despite my clear request, I received a cup of water with ice. It was surprising and disappointing to receive such rude and inattentive service.
I wonder if her behavior was due to my accent or if she is equally discourteous to other customers as well. Either way, this experience left me feeling shocked and unpleasant.

Very unfriendly staff. I go there all the time for coffee and one day I asked them to fill my water bottle and they were so nasty about it. Overall dirty appearance as clearly the staff don't care about providing service or a quality atmosphere to be in.
Went there this morning to get a coffee and asked the code to use the restroom, I was said it was out of order by a very rude cashier. Before I left I saw her giving the code to another costumer. I’m very disappointed how I was treated.

It’s a shame how this place has changed over the last couple of years. It appears that when they close at night, that’s just it, they just close. The tables and chairs are filthy when you come at first opening. Yesterday, the large seating area was covered in dog hair. It is filthy!

The slowest Starbucks. Understaffed and not the most talented baristas. This should be viewed as a premier location, you’d think it would be better.
