It’s a shame how this place has changed over the last couple of years. It appears that when they close at night, that’s just it, they just close. The tables and chairs are filthy when you come at first opening. Yesterday, the large seating area was covered in dog hair. It is filthy!

There were three people working behind the counter on 6/4 at 9:30am . They seemed like working on some orders. No line. Not busy. I stood there for 5 minutes trying to order a coffee. . No one came to help. I finally asked are you taking orders Twice. No one acknowledged me. ? isn’t it the basic knowledge when you run a retail service coffee shop?

The madam whose name is Aubrey was very very rude. I ordered a latte and also asked a hot water for my dad because he can’t have any caffeine drinks. But she refused to serve us hot water and insisted that she can only serve hot tea?!. I have never experienced this type of rude service at any Starbucks so far.

My secondary Starbucks when the one on Chestnut is closed.Great location, friendly staff, wonderful atmosphere. They've always made my drink correctly!I don't go to this one super often just because it's futher away from my work, but I'll come here if my shift is earlier and the Chestnut one isn't open, or if the one on Chestnut closes early. It's always a wonderful experience here though!

I was in and out so quickly I had forgotten I needed to look at the mugs for a souvenir. There were 7 mins left but I decided it wasn't worth upsetting the staff with my entry again.
