My secondary Starbucks when the one on Chestnut is closed.Great location, friendly staff, wonderful atmosphere. They've always made my drink correctly!I don't go to this one super often just because it's futher away from my work, but I'll come here if my shift is earlier and the Chestnut one isn't open, or if the one on Chestnut closes early. It's always a wonderful experience here though!

Nice size shop. Tall ceilings well spaced layout. Service was okay. Probably not the best since I can in for a to go coffee 10 minutes before closing. I was in and out so quickly I had forgotten I needed to look at the mugs for a souvenir. There were 7 mins left but I decided it wasn't worth upsetting the staff with my entry again. Mind you there were still 5 people in the shop looking very comfortable working away on th2ir phs and laptops.P.s. great neighborhood to stop

My wife and I visited this location at 5:45pm, Saturday, January 6, 2024 and it was the absolute worst Starbucks experience ever for us.We ordered two tall caramel macchiato drinks and we had to toss them in the trash a block down the street. 10 bucks wasted. The barista made us milk and caramel and skipped the espresso shots. It was a watered-down nasty taste. While we waited for these drinks another batista with earbuds on came storming at us with a broom and started sweeping my wife's feet like a wild animal. She jumped out of her chair to get away from the idiot. On the way out, the sweeping lunatic swept his pile of trash onto our shoes. If you are the manager reading this, you should refund our money (receipt number 70696196) and then close this location because it is an embarrassment.Everything about this place is bad and existing in a nice area. It even smells like sewage inside. What a shame. So much for dependable service and coffee. Your brand is rubbish and now I'm really done with you all. Never again, Starbucks.

There was a homeless man ranting about coming to people's house and killing them. I wish that staff would have asked him to step out. Otherwise, my beverage was made well.

I had an extremely unprofessional encounter at this location. Me and my mom walked in and purchased coffee, after that we were informed that they are closing in 4 minutes. I thanked the employee and responded that we will finish our drinks as soon as we can and will be on our way. I have a knee injury and walk on crutches, so taking coffee to go was not an option for me. We were told that we have to leave at exactly 6PM and despite my politely asking to give us just few more minutes to finish our drinks we were repeatedly asked to leave. The requests were made by an employee whose rude attitude grew with every passing minute. I tried reasoning with her that if they would have told us that the cafe closes in few mins, I would not even buy the coffee there since I wanted to sit down. She said I should go to a bench around the corner. Feeling that it's a fair compromise to relieve the tension I agreed and asked her to help and bring my coffee there. She declined and threatened to call the police. She then proceeded calling the police, which I later realized was a total pretense in order to bully me out of the cafe. After another minute she did make a real call to the police, at which point we finished our drinks and were about to leave only to discover that she locked the door. She informed me that she will make us wait for the police. After I told her few times that she has absolutely no right to hold us hostage, she reluctantly opened the door and let us leave. The entire encounter took just about 8 mins! Here is the photo I took of her while she was towering over our table asking over and over for us to go.

They start to work from 5am! Amazing. Pretty good place for morning coffee usually has not many empty seats at 9 o'clock pretty crowded. Stuff very friendly though.Updated on 8\15.They did a renovation and overall doing great job.First Starbucks in San Francisco!
