I had ordered a pink drink with no fruit on it and than I left to go home after sometime I send my cousin to get my order and they messed up my order they gave me strawberry lemonade besides of pink drink and I can’t return it since my cousin has already drink out of it! The overall the service and drinks are good!

We stopped in real quick to grab a drink and I thought they made the drinks very well unfortunately they did take a while to make. I don't hold this against them too much as they were extremely pleasant and we did order a newer drink on the menu.

Ordered a flat white with the very friendly staff. The coffee was very weak, totally milky and BOILING HOT. Not kidding, close to 100 degrees Celsius (ie water would nearly boil at that temperate).

The cute latina goth chick was so nice, she knew alot about the area as well. The other girls working that shift were such chill people too. I watched how they interacted with the customers. It's nice to see polite & friendly people. My food & coffee was perfect.
This is really one of the most friendly Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Every staff member remembers every customer name, their orders, and its just an extremely-well trained store. I am tired of the constant attitude I am receiving from ellen,she acts as if she has a problem with or does not like black people.and it shows in how she communicates with me.. everyone else on staff is nice and great.i feel one of them should be promoted and ellen should be demoted or trained on customer relations. I will keep supporting.but not if I keep feeling unwelcome

Racist. They assumed I came from the Consulate of Mexico because I’m Mexican and said I can’t use the restroom. I told them I have to use the restroom and I would order right after. Than snapped at me and said they are making a complaint against the consulate for sending all the Mexicans over here to use the restroom. WOW! NEVER AGAIN! And yes it’s the short LATINA lady making the coffees at the end of the counter.
