They make people wait in line. They don't help them in any way.Everyone is chatting there, but they are not paying attention to the customers.

On 7/26/25 @ 11:15 my partner placed an order at this location since we live in the vicinity, except this day it was raining with two drinks I asked for a bag from Dijay who was working at the time and to my surprise she says they cost 25cents, first I’ve heard since we always place orders at this Starbucks and they’d always give us a bag when requested no questions asked. When confronting the Nathan the manager about this he said Starbucks policy requires staff to say this and it is upon their discretion to give it for free, especially if we make a scene they would give it for free sounds pretty ridiculous to make a scene for a free bag. Mind you this was his exact words. “Make a fuss we’ll give you the bag”

Starbucks at 299 Fremont Street it’s a total disaster! Ordered an iced coffee, got a cup of ICE. Staff were rude, unhelpfu. Outside’s filthy, vibe’s awful. Paying for coffee and getting ice is a scam! Avoid this dump!

I’m livid and completely fed up with the Starbucks at the Financial District corner of Folsom and Fremont by my house—it’s an absolute nightmare! Today, I ordered an iced coffee and got a pathetic cup of ICE, nothing else! What a blatant scam! The staff were infuriatingly unhelpful, rude, and outright disrespectful, treating me like I was the problem for wanting what I paid for. This place is a total disaster—filthy outside with garbage everywhere and a miserable atmosphere that makes you want to leave immediately. It’s unacceptable to charge for a coffee and deliver a cup of ice! Stay far away from this awful place—don’t waste your time or money!

I’m absolutely furious and beyond disappointed with the Starbucks at the Financial District corner of Folsom and Fremont St near my place—it’s an utter disgrace! Today, I ordered an iced coffee, and what did I get? A cup of nothing but ICE! A complete rip-off! The staff were beyond unhelpful—downright rude and disrespectful, acting like I was a nuisance for expecting a proper drink. This place is a total mess, with trash littering the outside and a vibe that’s anything but welcoming. It’s outrageous to pay for a coffee and get served a cup of ice instead! Avoid this dump at all costs—save your money and your sanity!

I always go to this Starbucks and will not be coming back because this short Hispanic woman with reddish highlights that took my order was very rude and wouldn’t let my siblings use their bathroom and she messed up my order and refused to take my Starbucks points and telling me to pay even though when I told her I’m redeeming my points .
