Detached Starbucks employees. Did not listen and got the order wrong. I complained and was faced with rudeness and indifference. Most Starbucks would have comped the drink due to their own obvious mistake. Instead, I was made to pay the difference and faced cold, dead eyes and complete contempt.EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very friendly staff and I had a great coffee there before heading to a meeting. It was pleasant flavor. I didn't wait pretty long there, served my coffee ahead of time. The place was cool and has nice atmosphere.

Very rude. Normally I love this Starbucks but when my friend came in looking a little bit raggedy, they lied and said the Starbucks was closed, well, guess what it wasn't . It said on the website that they closed at 6 30PM Monday through Saturday. Believe it or not it was a Tuesday. It was 530 when she walked in. She just got 30 minutes of sleep the night before which is why she looked so homeless. I was really annoyed because I wanted a Starbucks and I was super excited to get it, but when she brought the news to me I was furious. She may not be beautiful. She is gorgeous inside. Her heart makes me happy because she is a 10 out of 10, on the inside. Do better prettiness is not everything.
Friendly staff. Great customer service. I stopped there whenever I want to have a coffee. It's not a long wait. Coffee taste so amazing.

Ordered 15 minutes ahead before walking to my bus stop and my drink took 30 minutes to be prepared and made me miss my bus and have to pay for a Uber for work. The drink wasn’t even made right either! Ridiculous considering I mobile ordered ahead. Pick up the pace Starbucks, people got things to do. Never going to this location again.

This Starbucks recently remodeled and it looks great!My main issue is with the quality of the drinks. This morning I ordered a peppermint mocha and it was burnt and while I ordered a grande, my cup was only 3/4 full before I even took a sip.I've had issues before where they give me caffeinated coffee instead of decaf, they make the wrong drink, or they don't fulfill my drink instructions (like not including 1 topping). It's never been enough to complain about until now. I feel bad for staff because this location does get busy because of nearby schools but every coffee order I've gotten has had something wrong.Additionally, I often hear the workers complain about customers that just left. While no one likes a Karen, don't do that loudly while there's other customers are around. It's trashy.
