Showed up right at 10:30 and we're taking last order. Told me sorry closed cannot take your order. Wow horrible service. Why does anyone go here.

Got a grande Pecan Crunch latte with an extra shot and a tall oatmilk latte with a pump of pumpkin syrup. Both tasted just like a plain latte.

We used it for about an hour of discussion.
The atmosphere was also good.
I had the store clerk pick up my lost item.

So upset SFO doesn't tell you this Starbucks is OUTSIDE OF THE TERMINAL. I completely wasted my money because I didn't have time to go through TSA again on my connection flight. I also couldn't call. I got a busy signal over and over. What a disappointment.

they messed up my whole order, i waited like 15 minutes for my sandwich just for them to mess it up, then they messed up my drink and sandwich again! there was only a couple people in there as well, never again.

Slowwwww…. 30m wait for a coffee is not aceptable. 4 people behind the counter and a manager doing inventory during rush…that manager should do inventory another time. Bacon Gouda was awful! Coffee was

They charged my Starbucks card twice ….once for my order and also for the next person’s order! Long wait time for order! Worst experience with Starbucks here!While waiting for getting return for the erroneous charge on my card, it looks like a total chaos in this store ….employees aren’t familiar with the system, one customer wanted to redeem 200 stars for a drink mug and they kept charging her ~ $28 (after deducting the 200 starts from her account!!!! I would NEVER return to this location!

01.04.24 @ 20:15pI normally don't write reviews, but I ordered 2 pink drinks with vanilla sweet cream light ice..i get a cup full of ice and half the drink..I don't know who does the hiring there but stop hiring kids that don't pay attention to orders and are careless..prior to making my drinks I watched her spill a whole gallon of milk on the floor NOT PAYING ATTENTION.

Very slow service. The cashier seemed to press dozens of buttons on the register for my one uncomplicated drink and still didn't get it quite right.

Do not come here if you are in a rush. Going on 20 mins and waiting for a mobile order coffee. Huge lines and two people working.

I ordered a Venti Caramel Macchiato and a Venti White Chocolate Mocha. They turned out great and the staff were very friendly
