Awesome Starbucks!
I come here on a daily basis, so I am somewhat of a regular.
I come often, but they always do not take drink shortcuts and make drinks to the perfect recipe. I come here and NEVER feel like it was made with too little shots, not shaken, or any issues. The drinks are always exactly as they should be.
The manager, as such always follows policy and never overcharges me for anything, and the shift managers are always extremely nice to me and are very receptive!

If you like burnt coffee, you have found your nirvana. Otherwise? Just go somewhere else.

You know it already but I'm still calling out.

Your restroom was closed (for maintenance 🙂 or so she said), and you covered all the power outlets.. Pathetic.

The barista was nice though, wearing smile, not sure about the management.

This is our local Starbucks! We love them!

I stopped by for a snack and must say that the employee Conrad gave incredible service. There was a long line and he was patient with older customers, communicative, on top of things, and had a great attitude.

It's Starbucks 🤷 it was clean and calm and not crowded.

This is a great Starbucks. The employees are friendly and the drinks are made well every time. Has a classic feel to it, one of the best locations I’ve ever been to. People complaining about mobile orders and wait times but maybe you should write to the corporation instead of leaving a negative reflection on the hard working people in this store.

They are just too busy processing mobile orders. First I (and the people in line) waited for several minutes for someone, anyone, to take my order. Then waited for the drinks to be prepared (a couple of lattes, nothing fancy).
I'm standing there by the pickup area, and people keep coming in and picking up their app orders.
Then I noticed two cups sitting off to the side, and wondered if those might be mine. Several minutes go by, and finally one employee walks up and reads my name aloud.
So my coffee sat there, getting cold, while the employees chatted among themselves.

Next time it'll be Peet's down the block.

Who closes on a Sunday at 2 PM?! Google shows a 8 PM closing time. Walked in and was told they’re closing and wasn’t given a reason. And they’re wondering why Starbucks is losing customers.

Not very friendly to African American people. Forget about trying to use the restroom if you are a black man.

Went back to West Portal to visit my childhoods stomping grounds and dropped in for a coffee. (Starbucks wasn't invented yet when I was a kid. Maxwell House and Folgers were the Kings back then)
This Starbucks is unusual. You need to drop in and take a look. Its cute, and its the smallest Starbucks I have ever seen. Looks like it would be difficult to find a seat at most times.
The revenue per square foot must make corporate happy. If I were a business professor, I'd send my students out on a field assignment to map out the revenue per square foot of the stores at West Portal as a fun assignment. (please bring back a black drip coffee and chocolate croissant for me)
As usual, the coffee was excellent.

Went in there and sat down for a bit as I was having a really hard day. Then I got up to order and the lady at the counter was very rude to me. I stayed polite regardless and ordered the drink because I needed a place to sit for a while and think. Once my order was ready she immediately told me in a very rude tone that they are closing right now and wanted me to leave. They still had 2 hours until closing time so I found this very odd and it really ruined my entire experience there. I went for a walk around the block and an hour had passed and the place was STILL open! Will not be going there again as the staff who attended me that day was disrespectful plus the drink was mediocre. Had I know that would’ve happened I just wouldn’t have ordered anything.
