I have been coming to this Starbucks once a week for years. Unfortunately after today I will not be coming back. All I tried to do was order a large drink and a brownie and the woman taking the order tried to make it so hard to just order the drink.And the whole time she sat there giggling about it. I ain't got time for nonsense like that. There is a coffee shop in the same building I can start going to instead. Good Bye Starbucks

normally starbucks is a lovely and inviting experience. I love saying hello to the baristas and picking up a cup of coffee.
unfortunately here one of the employees came across as both rude and condescending.
The overall experience was far from inviting and felt hostile.
Simply asked to use the restroom before ordering and the bald headed barista behind the counter gave a sarcastic response that came across as berating.
Thankfully Creightons next door is both family owned and worker allied. They’re always so welcoming when we come in.
Highly Highly recommend stopping at Creightons for your coffee and pastry needs. They make you feel at home and like family.
stay away from corporate owned, there’s a reason they aren’t unionized.

This Starbucks is the cleanest, most well organized, and with the friendliest staff. The place has ample seating and a great ambiance, and very chill background music that is not too loud. The staff is very friendly, particularly Victor and Brandon, who pay great care to make you feel welcome. It's my favorite hangout for morning coffee on the weekends. Also, there is tons of paid parking, and there is always space available.

Just happened to be in this part of the city, and we were a little thirsty, so this was a perfect place to stop and replenish. The service was fast, the quality reliable, nothing to complain about.
Thanks for not giving me a good birthday experience I been going to Starbucks since I was 6 years old and I worked at Starbucks in college I have never been told no for my birthday drink for my awards and I been going to this location for 3 years how dare they ruin my 28th birthday and now tomorrow I don’t get a free drink no Starbucks would take me I had a photo shoot today I was running late I just wanted my tradition!

Never go to Starbucks. I'm a Peet's girl but I was picking up something for a friend. It was 7:00 in the morning and I thought it wouldn't be too busy which it wasn't but the busy part of it was the mobile orders which is ridiculous. So if you're a customer in person you get pushed back from all the mobile orders. I was there for 10 minutes waiting for my order and then they forgot my croissant never go back there again
