This Portola Drive location is one of the worst in the city. The parking for this location is a disaster. Unless you live in the area and can walk here it is not even worth trying to find parking around here. The location looks small from the outside, but it is actually pretty big on the inside. There are always people sitting at the tables for hours, so if you expect to find a table you will be disappointed. This location can't make a latte to save their life.

The staff here treats the students that come in somewhat disrespectfully, I understand they are kids but they are also customers. I believe because they are so inundated with these students that kind of disservice seeps to other customers as well. I'm over 30 but I do look very young and every time I come here I feel very dismissed unfortunately regardless if they are busy or not.

Good place to relax and get some reading done. The people that work here are very kind and do their job well. Plus it has inside seating which is nice, because most Starbucks don't have seating anymore.

I liked this Starbucks the location is spacious & the tables are spaced out. The staff is chill & the food is good. Loved my Latte tooVegetarian options: There's a lot of meatless snack options available.Dietary restrictions: I had a turkey pesto sandwich with cheese that was prepackaged. You pick it out & they automatically will line it up to warm up. It's soo good warmed up✋️??Parking: It's a parking lot but there are parking meters. It's not that bad tho after 5 or 6. U can catch a meter with time still in it.Kid-friendliness: Starbucks always has its typical kids' option availableWheelchair accessibility: It's on the same level as the sidewalk

My favorite place to spend a work-from-home day. Staff is friendly, coffee order is always on point, and these people work their butts off to keep up with the demand this location gets! I've appreciated the consistent, efficient, and enjoyable experience for the past two years and will continue to favor this over other locations because they go out of their way to treat me with kindness and familiarity.
I go here almost every week with my friends and they never have messed up an order, they're always super nice and helpful, and even though they're busy they always double check your order before you pay. As far as the interior goes, its a large store with many many places to sit. Would definitely recommend!

This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to so far in SF. I’ve been so lucky with every order I have made. My coffee is always delicious and they get my order correct so far every time!! I have not been to not one Starbucks that has not messed up my order multiple times until I came to this location!!!! I’d recommend ordering ahead bc it does get busy here
