The team that worked on 10/10 around 12 pm does not follow any sanitary protocols. The lady who was making my coffee took a spoon that she took from the sink, without washing or rinsing. At the same time another woman wash washing the dishes, meaning the sink was dirty. When I asked her if she wash it, she said that she was going to… but it wasAFTER she prepared the beverages. I told her that she took the spoon from the sink, she responded it was disinfectant🤯Seriously????!!!!!!! I told her to re-do coffee. she asked me about what milk I prefer🤦🏻♀️AND LEFT !!!! Leaving coffee making process to the lady who was washing dishes. The color of coffee was like they pour it from dumpster and didn’t look like the it should. So I had to pour it out! Anyway, these people require proper education, ! They do not have any work ethic! They do not know how to safely prepare your beverage or they don’t want to! Hope, management will see this message and takes care of it! If you know who worked on 10/10, do not order anything from them, they gonna ruin your health and you will waste your time and money!!!!!! The team that worked on 10/9 AM are great! Always good coffee!

I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it tastes like hot water with sugar. Not sure the staff has been thoroughly trained on drinks. It costed nearly $7.

Not open at 7 am as advertised, nobody there. Sometimes on Sunday a person is there but machine not ready! They should be open and ready as advertised everyday!

So slow…don’t come if you’re in a hurry. There’s another Starbucks down the road. There was nobody else here and I’ve been watching the only barista behind the counter move extremely slowly and lose track of previous orders. Then when I ordered a large coffee, instead of just pouring it and handing back, he writes out a cup for me and puts it aside. Then when I finally get it, of course it tastes burned and horrible

I usually go to Starbucks on 24th Street. Food and Coffee are reasonably priced. Service is good and there’s always a place to sit and enjoy. I usually have their protein container of cheese, fruits and crackers with a cup of their Coffee.

I cannot get any slower than this. I've been slow Starbucks before but this is like next level slowness. Thanksgiving day, there was only one staff working. WHY?! shoes horrible decision was this?!? The cup had ”f*g" on it and she just wrote a squiggle lines instead of using a new cup. I asked for a new cup and some reasons she made a whole new one.
