One of the best starbucks i been too and i been to hundreds. No outlets which is a hipster coffee shop thing. Go to apple store and charge. Then come here for coffee. The staff is excellent. Cheers. Starbucks needs to give these folks a raise. And bonuses. And more. Never been treated better.

I am from the UK & a Costa guy through out. This Starbucks right opposite to the Grand Hyatt, Union Square SF is probably the best cafe experience I've had in the whole of Starbucks chain I've been. More than the food it's the hospitality and the warmth the employees give that speaks volumes. Greeting almost everyone even during rush hours are small gestures that goes a long way. They even gave these free coffee cups for the festive season(not sure whether it's on all chains). Definitely recommend them. Kudos to the entire staff crew!

Definitely enough seating, and good drinks. No sockets though. Big drawback of this location.
Great barista (beard, buzzcut? and glasses), super kind & welcoming.
Very bad customer service, the girl who gave us the drink was very curt and unfriendly and she didn't even put the lid on the plastic cup.

Aside from the cold and hot beverages there are numerous food items to warm up and cookies plus sandwiches and other sweets to mention a few...
Slow and otherwise slightly subpar
Jeffery is not a good customer representative. He refused to provide the service.

Average Starbucks experience, but no seating so just a to-go location. They were very quick, and my drink was as expected from Starbucks.

Horrible experience. I heard the baristas speaking ill about customers in my native language which is Tagalog. Very unprofessional. A lot of homeless people around the area. I was in the store for under 10 minutes and 2 homeless people came in.
Ordered late a scone 2 bucks and the size of a fortune cookie. What a ripoff
I was standing in a line once to get my morning coffee, when I was told by the only barista that “you have to leave you can not stay here”, when I asked why? She started to say she will call a police without giving me a valid reason.
Atmosphere? With a psycho barista like that it’s not between 1 and 5 stars, it’s supposed to be negative.
Never go Starbucks in SF after this, there are many other fancy places with better coffee and normal acting employees.
Well what can I say, 20min to closing and but they decided to close down early. So no coffee for me. I get it when you close five minutes early but 20min is a bit over the top! I’m a Gold Member in two countries but this really annoyed me A LOT!
It was good but the employees were mean
