Starbucks recently changed there open house policy to only paying customers, That's fine but how you go about relaying people this information should be with a smile, not disgust. I went in to ask for water and I was greeted with a female clerk that pretty much looked at me like i had asked her to clean the toilet or something so I just used the faucet to put water in my water bottle the workers pretty much tried to snatch the water bottle out of my hand which was in called for maybe you should have a sign up saying policy has changed because some people don't know how to react to certain situations

I literally waited OVER 15 minutes for my things after watching people that walked in AFTER me get their stuff, I asked for a refund they lied & said my drinks were coming and after waiting so long they gave my drink to someone else!

I ordered like 10 minutes ahead of some of the other people there and they didn’t even put my order out even though it was there and someone asked them if they had it for me yet and then they put it out and I also didn’t mention I missed the bus😒😤😭

They covered all the plugs. Seriously this is a D move. I hope the management chokes on it. The Starbucks share is in free fall.
Awful staff. I asked if they still have egg sandwich and she said unfortunately yes! There was also someone on drugs sitting inside. Totally not safe and not clean!

My daughter and I like Starbucks, now there are new food options, I tried an egg wrap with bacon and potato, it was delicious, the drinks were very delicious. The only thing I didn't like is that there are a lot of homeless people coming and going, I imagine it's because of the area.

I live pretty close by so this is a Starbucks I just frequently go. The staffs were friendly and good at taking custom orders. They will really make sure to get it right. Of course, you have to go in non-peak hours but I will say it’s a good Starbucks :)
