Waited 30 minutes for our order. They kept making excuses and couldn't even tell me what our order was. Complete disorder and confusion on all levels. Avoid this place and go somewhere else. Rude head barista...told us to leave.

i was craving a caramel ribbon crunch frap today, ordered it and was so disappointed in the first sip it tasted like milk with a hint of coffee. i love this frap so much and after being hit with a completely different flavor i am so sad and frustrated. ??????

If I could rate no stars I most definitely would. I hate that this is the only coffee place around me open past 2 as I really hate coming to this Starbucks. Most employees, if not all, could care less how long you wait and NEVER acknowledge you if you don't yell for their attention. I hate having to every time say "hey excuse me" when it should be automatic when they see you come up to the handoff bar. Not even a bat of an eye. Especially if you're a mobile order. Every time I come and my order isn't ready, I very nicely ask for an update, and every time I kid you not, all I get is dead pan answers. And mind you I always go in AFTER the estimated time as I know it's never true. The people here need an attitude check and adjustment. Like I get that you have a lot of sucky clients who come in, but not a reason to be rude and clearly show you don't care. Management should fix this. Is it just the afternoon crew? Note I always go in after 2. Maybe that's my problem.

To the girl who worked today around four PM, at the cash register, you are the kind of soul ever. The girl was so polite when she was cleaning around my area as well. I’ve never felt more welcomed to a store/shop. Love when workers are you able to connect with customers genuinely.

I ordered the usual and then whipped out my vintage Starbucks Gold card to pay. The barista / customer service person commented on the "goldness" of the card saying, "You come in here like the King of Starbucks with your shiny Gold Card!" He was very funny and clever. My morning had gotten off to a bad start, and this guy really cheered me up. The entire staff was engaging and professional. It was almost like they knew I was already having a bad morning. Great coffee. The Bacon Eggbite is a destination in itself, and today, I added a warm Cheese Danish to continue the good vibes. Thank you, Starbucks Staff! Thank you for improving my morning. Thank you, Starbucks Staff!
