Go down the street and order online on California St instead. Slow. Incompetent. Placed my order about 20 minutes ago and nothing. What’s the point of ordering ahead?

Always a pleasant experience at this Starbucks location. The place is clean, cozy, and the atmosphere is comfortable for relaxing or getting some work done. The baristas here are very friendly, and they consistently prepare drinks exactly how you want. Service is fast, even during busy hours, and the store is always well-maintained. A reliable spot for good coffee and a quick break during the day.

Wierd vibes as it’s kinda in a bank. Also took an EXTREMELY long time when it wasn’t even busy. 4 workers and only 5 customers waiting, took 15 mins for one drink

The employees at this location are so rude, and it feels like they make your drinks bad on purpose. Everytime I go in here and ask a question to the short male employee, he never responds or even makes eye contact. I'll ask if he could please hand me a fork and he just grabs it and angrily hands it to me- no eye contact no response even though I am extremely polite. Every time I order a pink drink here they purposefully load it with 5x the amount of syrup it needs and no coconut milk- it is the strangest thing ever. Today I ordered a carmel macchiato and a bagel and they protested by not adding carmel and not toasting my bagel.
I understand that their job is harder because this location is inside of a bank- but theres a million other places they can work if they hate making coffee and taking orders so much.
Extreme lack of both customer service skills and the bare minimum ability to make a drink.

I dropped my car off at the Toyota service center nearby and needed to kill about three hours. Naturally, I decided to embark on a half-hour walk in the chilly weather to this Starbucks, dreaming of a warm cup of coffee and a cozy seat.
Imagine my surprise when I arrive to find that this place is half Bank of America, half Starbucks! The Bank of America side? Chairs galore. The Starbucks side? Nada. Not a single chair. Oh, and no bathroom either – not ideal after a long walk in the cold.
Despite the unexpected lack of seating and facilities, I grabbed a soy latte, and honestly, it was delicious – totally hit the spot. I couldn’t help but laugh at the whole situation: I walked for 30 minutes to sit… nowhere.
So, if you’re looking for a great coffee, this spot delivers. But if you’re planning to park yourself with your laptop or, heaven forbid, use a restroom, you might want to keep trekking.
PS: Next time, I might just chill with the bank tellers.
