What's there to say? Cuoffee? Hot and frappè. Parking? Great! Wells Fargo? Rrright there. Siuper convenient. Very fast. Very agile. Always has been that way even through pandemic seasons. All the food always fresh although the tables have not been brought back from their stack upon each other but with this locations popularity it's understood.

Amazingly fast service! Caramel macchiato made perfectly a lot the first time. They actually took the time to make sure my sandwich was actually warm throughout. Great service Larry

Quick coffee but rude service and unwelcoming atmosphere. The server shoved our drinks to us and slammed her hands on the lids of all our drinks. We asked for a straw and she gave us a nasty look and didn’t say anything. Too early to be rude at 0900.

Located inside the Wells Fargo bank. Staff seem friendly. Not overlying friendly, but just enough. Beverage was made to perfection. They service the homeless. But charged me a quarter for my bag to carry all my stuff I purchased. Key word is I did purchase!!!!!

Had an appointment and i arrived super early. I decided to stop into the Starbucks and the staff were very welcoming. Loved my coffee with pumpkin spice. Watched them handle a busy crowd. This is why I love Starbucks. Thank you!

I drink Starbucks on the daily. This was, without a doubt, the most watered-down caramel macchiato I have ever had from Starbucks. It literally tasted more like water than coffee. Very disappointed.

Closest Starbucks to me. If I need caffeine, and want to use my points if any, I know where to go for sure! Right next ro the cable car end of the VanNess line and all the rest!

Change your Google description. Clearly does not have a drive-through.

Ordered shaken espresso. Asked barista to make it as it supposed to be. Original recipe. Instead of shaken espresso, got something totally different. Pretty much iced coffee

There’s this lovely lady who works here, I’m not sure her name but she’s so lively so helpful every time I am here.

I walked in a waited in line. When it was my turn, the entire staff was directed by what looked like a corporate manager from SB who ignored me and proceeded to lecture the staff. I immediately interrupted her and stated that ignoring a customer without even apologizing for creating a meeting at the register was extremely unprofessional and required that she take additional training on customer service. If Starbucks has corporate employees like these, then they need to make sure they’re properly trained on not ignoring customers.
