Zero sense of urgent even with a ten person line. The cashier was fine but the barista needs to do a few espresso shots to get them moving.
There is a female barista who repeatedly gets my order wrong and spends more time joking around with another barista than paying attention to customers.
One time when I ordered a Frappuccino, she asked me, “Size? Name?” When I clearly said Venti, she said “what?”, she laughed and continued joking with her coworker. Then she looked back at me and asked me again, “Size?” This was frustrating and made me feel ignored and disrespected.
This kind of behavior has happened more than once, not just a single incident. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years, and I know she is new because I had never seen her before. Being new is understandable, but professionalism and basic respect should always be expected.

I had a great experience at this Starbucks location. The place was clean and the staff were helpful and kind. Overall, it’s a great place to visit.

I ordered “ white mocha cookie crumbles frappe “. They made wrong twice. First they made me regular mocha then I told them I wanted white mocha that’s what i ordered. They remake it then gave me “ white mocha frappe “
Located right at the front entrance of Target in Stonestown Gallery, this small Starbucks store is the antithesis of the company's Third Place concept, and feels more like a food court kiosk. As if this was not bad enough, my whole CX was made worse by an awful young barista who goes by the name of Hennessey. Not only was she rude and inattentive when taking my order, she also gave me the wrong change. Above all, she never apologized for her mistakes; instead, she acted as if the terrible encounter I had was nothing unusual. In other Starbucks that I have frequented lately in Mountain View, San Leandro, and Cupertino, I can tell the baristas are making a genuine effort to welcome their customers and improve the overall experience. Not this one here, at least not Hennessey.

I got the dragon drink and am allergic to coconut. I got the soymilk as a replacement but they still used coconut milk. I even confirmed with the barista that they used soymilk

I wouldn't believe all of the angry reviews, they're just cranky because they didn't have their coffee yet. The employees know what they're doing, and it didn't take too long.

The coffee was good but it took way too long. I understand morning rush but I never had to wait over 30 minutes for my drink unless they forgot about it or the order got lost( has happened at a different Starbucks). Why does no one care if there are flies in their food display case??? The cleanliness of the place is questionable if I’m spotting flies in the food case. Sure they don’t give the food from the display case for consumption (other Starbucks do) but if they ain’t cleaning the food display case…what else aren’t they cleaning. Wishing I didn’t get a coffee here.

very slow service.
I work here. We try our best for the nonstop lines that we get all day. We don't receive tips like normal Starbucks so it kinda wears down on our energy. So if you come in with a positive attitude and remember to say thank u it really makes our day. We don't ask for much but patience and gratitude. Oh and try not to stare to hard at us when we make your drinks lol it makes us feel like we're zoo animals. Thank u guys ♥️

I was just there a few minutes ago and I order an ice latte that’s what I usually order and they just gave me a black latte you guys should hire people that know what their doing I’ve been many times and this is the first time it’s happened I’m no longer going their but you guys should check on your workers
The guy working the cash register put his fingers inside every single cup he grabbed. Like, he would handle cash then immediately turn around, grab a cup, write the order on it, and instead of just setting it down normally he would grab it again with his fingers on the inside of the cup. I can't even imagine what would compel someone to do that but it's a massive health hazard and the guy responsible clearly needs extenseive food safety retraining or a new career path. Absolutely disgusting.
