This was by far the worst Starbucks experience we’ve ever had. Aside from one of the baristas, who was extremely rude, we got food poisoning at this place which spoiled the last couple days of our stay in SF. My boyfriend and I ordered two different coffee drinks and whether it was the milk that was bad or the utensils/cups that were contaminated, our whole afternoon was spent searching for bathrooms instead of sightseeing!

the weekend asian staff was explaining that the dragon fruit refresher was just a 7 dollar cup of ice water with dragon fruit pulp. so I had to stop going to starbucks because it seems absurd

Cozy little Starbucks with good service. It opens nicely early and you are always greeted by friendly staff. Simple decor, but enough seating.

Woke up in the middle of the night, jet leg and starving. Notthing was opened except this branch. We got there around 4 a.m at the place was semi packed. Friendly staff, coffee and sandwiches were fantastic, as always.

If we have to wait 10 minutes just for a simple drip coffee, why is this place even open? How can you run out of coffee? Starbucks should be able to handle this! Completely unacceptable! Regretful Starbucks Experience!!

Love their cold espresso with oat milk; Cozy cafe with a simple design in a beautifully architected downtown; does not get as much light and so it’s a bit dark but not bleak; I want to to sit here longer but the cold draft makes that hard ; the service is friendly ; I read my FT and philosopher David Hume’s book for as long as I can and then realize I can take my coffee and sit indie Trans America building whose first floor is now open to the public.

Die Getränke waren soweit in Ordnung, aber leider lässt die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Diese Filiale macht allgemein einen schmuddeligen Eindruck. Die tote Fliege neben dem Tisch und das sehr dreckige Fenster stechen negativ hervor. Ausserdem durfte ich mein Smartphone nicht aufladen, obwohl ich den unmotivierten Mitarbeiter höflich gefragt habe.
