I came here on a hot day, I was in the area where I was in need of a refresher to cool me down. Upon arrival, the interior was dim and the air conditioning was on which felt so good. I was greeted by their very welcoming, well trained and understanding staffs which made my visit a satisfying and memorable one. The shop itself was very clean for a Starbucks. They offer many kinds of coffee, lattes, refreshing drinks, Frappuccinos, snacks, sandwiches, pastries and much more to choose from. All the drinks are made to order which is always a plus for me, because I do not mind the wait since I am a very patient person. I would have to say having a Starbucks here is a win, because it is on a Main Street and it is always someone’s craving. I highly recommend this place to all coffee enthusiasts, if you are in need of a quick bite, or to anyone looking for a laid back place to hangout at or to get some work done. I definitely will be back to tryout the other delicious/refreshing options they have to offer.

I remember coming here in March 2015. I was doing some work in a quiet corner when a handsome man came up to me and asked me whether I was single. At that time, I was not. Hahaha. Never imagined I would get hit on by some random guy. I think that his name was John.

Quite a memorable event in my life. That and the hot chocolate 🤟

I go here some mornings before testing and the staff here are nice. They know my face and they always know what my go to drink is. I would definitely go around 3:30 cause it's less crowded but it's fast.

This was by far the worst Starbucks experience we’ve ever had. Aside from one of the baristas, who was extremely rude, we got food poisoning at this place which spoiled the last couple days of our stay in SF. My boyfriend and I ordered two different coffee drinks and whether it was the milk that was bad or the utensils/cups that were contaminated, our whole afternoon was spent searching for bathrooms instead of sightseeing!

Hey Starbucks team. The marketing for the clay street location across from the TransAmerica building needs to have the google maps photo replaced. The photo on google maps has graffiti on the front of the building.

Cozy environment and staff got the order right. What else can you really ask from a coffee shop?

the weekend asian staff was explaining that the dragon fruit refresher was just a 7 dollar cup of ice water with dragon fruit pulp. so I had to stop going to starbucks because it seems absurd

Cozy little Starbucks with good service. It opens nicely early and you are always greeted by friendly staff. Simple decor, but enough seating.

The staff didn't ask me any questions and gave me a hot drink. I wanted to have iced and asked again, but I had no choice but to just eat it.

Woke up in the middle of the night, jet leg and starving. Notthing was opened except this branch. We got there around 4 a.m at the place was semi packed. Friendly staff, coffee and sandwiches were fantastic, as always.
