I have to agree with one of the other reviewers, out of all Starbucks I’ve visited in San Francisco this is the grumpiest!

Served today by a young woman who couldn't make the slightest effort to be friendly or courteous. When my order was ready, she rudely tossed it onto the counter with a scowl. Also, toilets could use a clean. I really hate doing bad reviews for the sake of the other staff.

I love Starbucks, but this is the grumpiestvstore I have ever been in. Staying at a nearby hotel and for the last three mornings I've bought breakfast for 3 people here. Always unfriendly grumpy faces. Today, I got my breafast back to the hotel and the bf sandwich, bagel and crousant were all cold. This has never happened to me before. Shabby service.

First the drinks here are great most times but this review is on the staff and possibly lack of training. When you order a mobile order they keep them all in the back and they are supposed to say hey welcome in or do you have a mobile order but not here. Every day of the week they stare at me and I wait and can see my drink but I have to physically go to the cash register to always ask about my drink since the staff just stares at you like you are crazy. Really bad experience each day of this week. Point of mobile is to be quick and on the go like other locations.

I walked in to get a mobile order and saw 2 drinks seating in the counter, busy store only two workers working, when I try to get the order to make sure it was mine one of the worker screemed on my a loud STOP saying she needs to make sure that I'm not stealing it. I never faced a situation like that at any other Starbucks store before. Felt pretty offended. I don't think this is the way that anyone want to get treated when goes to a over priced coffee place to get a coffee.Make me think why I still go to Starbucks when there is lots of other coffee places with better local coffee shops. Bye Starbucks!!!

Walking in the Financial district makes you wonder, where did all of the people go? It also makes you think, if a car pulls up abruptly, you better be ready to haul arse. It was kinda creepy as we made our way to Starbucks (just directly across the street from Transamerica. Although walking around at 10:00 a.m. decreases the probability of getting stuck up, you can never be too careful. Finally ducking into this Starbucks location, you'll notice plywood on the front door. A bit disconcerting but the friendly employees were disarming. Reassuring in a way, they asked me how I was and where I came from. I like that, people talking to me, human being to human being. These employees were extra friendly. The caramel macchiato, hot, venti was superb and we couldn't stick around too long because I needed to get my 10,000 steps. They say that Transamerica is being remodeled and are hoping for more foot traffic. But with everyone working from home and owning espresso makers, I don't know if we'll see that any time soon. Hope they are able to stay open and fix that front door. They were also fully stocked with wonderful pastries and baked goods.

Had a coffee this morning and witnessed a rare scene of a team working together in friendly and supportive atmosphere. Special thanks to initiative girl that helped me on 14th, in the morning, when I lost my place in line.

Please bring back sitting places, it’s so bad that in CA it’s so hard to find Starbucks where you can sit and work ? in NJ everywhere they have it! Covid time is done…
