Love this Starbucks! It’s always nice and clean. There is not any good matcha around this neighborhood. So I decided to try the matcha lavender foam iced matcha here and it’s quite tasty.

I was calling to tell a employee that i found a strip lash in my drink and they hung up and said “i’m good i don’t want to talk to you” after i said hi and told them my name. i can’t believe they would treat a customer like this when they put my life in danger.

The manager here has had insulted and discriminated against me multiple times. I have tried to have a conversation stuff “her” and only received retribution and condescension. Discipline needs to be received against these kinds of people that make customers feel awful. Shame on the management here.

There is not one time that I order a coffee through the app that when I get to pick it up it is not ready and it is always at 5.10 am from my house to starburst it takes 10 minutes and it is not ready it is the worst staff they can have at that time
They have a single charging station making the seats near it quite crowded. Rest of the seats in the entire Starbucks don’t have any charging facility. Other than that everything else is good.

This Starbucks has a ONE SINGLE PLUG. This must be a joke. The place is huge and only has a single outlet. Update: I don't care about the copy/paste corporate response, it's insulting. Especially when Starbucks has intentionally made this choice. Letting the customer find-out about this predicament AFTER getting coffee. (Fyi: people don't buy Starbucks for the quality of the coffee 🤢). I'll make sure to share my experience with as many people as I can.
