I went in on a Wednesday afternoon around 3, it was pretty empty but an employee named Bryan greeted me immediately and was helpful in helping me decided what I wanted. He took the time to strike a conversation with me and even ask me how the drink was. Would definitely recommend this location! It’s right next to the cable car turn around and it was very cool to watch!

Ok, I have an Australian accent, but The number of times I had to repeat my order as two grande mochas, one soy and one almond, is absurd.
