This is by far the worst starbucks franchise I’ve ever been to. Ordered a venti iced oatmilk lavender latte and a bacon gouda egg sandwich, spelled my name with three letters. Sandwich comes out immediately with only one strip of bacon on it and after twenty additional minutes, she brings me a tall iced blonde espresso latte with no lavender powder at all. I tell her and she takes me to the register and tries to charge me an additional $1.10! Like, what?

Not many seats, it’s high chair!Many tourists are here~I got to seat at the back of store with windows. Beautiful green tree views.Music is a bit loud, not a place for work.Good service workers

One of my favorite locations they are quick and the customer service will bring a great start to your morning for a wonderful day , Kendell and i forget her name the lady with glasses and blonde hair and the crew are always so awesome ! If i could give 10 stars i would!

Chilling with my son on a staycation in San Francisco and we decided to hang at the local Starbucks. The staff was very nice but they didn't have many tables and we were both shocked that the power outlets were all covered. They said this was done during the pandemic and Starbucks never uncovered them...real bummer! I had an iced caramel macchiato and my son had an apple juice and bagel with cream cheese. The atmosphere felt sterile by Starbucks standards and I would have to rate this as a below average Starbucks experience.

The staff is amazing and the coffe too! But I am sure they can do it better with the hygiene and cleanliness of the place that is very poor. Wherever you touch is sticky or dirty, the counters, the doors… everywhere ?.

There were several pieces of merchandise on sale some without a price, I asked the employee about the sale items and they couldn't help us. She stated that it is all still ringing up at full price and they couldn't do anything about it! Why put 1/2 price stickers on merchandise if you don't intent on giving the discount!?

Staff was friendly and talkative. Both drinks we ordered were made well. This time we went it was not as crowded as the times before, considering it's right at the cable car turnaround.

This is the worst Starbucks on the planet, Kris is the store manager at the moment at 9:30 am 11/25/2023 and over cream cheese he made me so upset. We are visiting San Francisco for the weekend and 2 days in a row the lady at the register messed up on our order. I have 3 children who like their drinks as they order them. The lady messes up at the register and we came home with messed up order. Today Sunday 11/25th the lady at the register was the same lady, I told her she messed up our order yesterday and to make sure she doesn't do it again today. Well sure enough she did. She forgot to charge me for the 3rd cream cheese I requested. I don't mind paying for it but I got pissed as she continued to stay I will not put in the cream cheese because u did not pay for it. It's not about paying for it, it's about her making another mess up on my order. On top of her messing up, this Kris kid, who is the acting manager of the store states that he will not provide a cream cheese because I did not pay for it. I said u should take it out of her pay as she is the one messing up ur orders. All this over $.95 cream cheese. I'm discussed over how customers are treated at this Starbucks. Incompetent employees with no training is not the way for the future. Showing no compassion and care is not the way Starbucks are set up. This one should shut down. Owner should change as the manager at the store is going to driving this shop into the ground.
