Such a shame from Starbucks management to be so inconsiderate! A common sense would ensure making exceptions for elderly customers youād think, but nope!

This Starbucks location is very impressive. I've been going through a lot in my life and the atmosphere is very uplifting for me and they are very friendly and accommodating to me. I feel like this is a very judge free zone. I highly recommend this location for anyone. Great place. The staff even when they're not helping customers sound very happy and carry themselves with a great attitude.

I usually enjoy visiting this Starbucks, but my recent interaction with Elena left a lot to be desired. When I asked about the restroom, she abruptly responded, āRestrooms are for customers only,ā with a cold, dismissive toneāno greeting, no warmth, no curiosity about whether I might be a paying customer or had already placed a mobile order. The immediate assumption and lack of basic hospitality were disappointing. A little kindness goes a long way, especially in customer-facing roles.

Hands down the best starbucks Iāve been to thatās not a reserve! Service is like a Reserve store, and the staff are so highly commendable! I canāt believe this is the Starbucks close to where I work and I can just drop by every morning and kick start my day with a great cup of coffee and lovely greetings! š
