Great Starbucks Location. Staff was amazing and very friendly. Coffee was great. The store layout is beautiful for this area. Very nice location and an amazing staff.

This evening around 7:00 PM at Starbucks on Marina, at Chestnut & Steiner, in San Francisco the staff were very rude. They refused to let me use the bathroom because of my skin color, even though they use it themselves. When a family with a child came in, they spoke in another language they’ also revues to let them to use the toilet and the white women became aggressive. shouted, “Go! Go! Get out!” This is discrimination, and Starbucks should take action.

Staff who work afternoon are very rude, I went in on my birthday and was met with sour faces and a rude attitude left a bad feelings.It would be better if they cleaning store and the improve quality of service!

Not a Reserve anymore and it makes a huge difference. The flat white has no discernable coffee taste and the staff is way less helpful than it used to be, but the vibe is good and it's still a very nice atmosphere.

Didn't have many dairy free option like a normal starbuck also the drink that were made were nothing to write home about had to ask for extra syrup no flavor at all

I placed a to-go order for a coffee with light foam, however, the beverage received was only half full and lacked any foam. Charging $6 for this insufficient quantity is unacceptable.

It’s not a Starbucks Reserve anymore! The barista told me they converted it to a regular store a few years back. Starbucks team, please update the business name on Google Maps.

There were a few great baristas that had very good positive attitudes and good kindness I don’t remember names but she is in one of ur pictures with holiday cap or something in her hair but she was the best I miss going there a seeing the happy faces of the staff
