The best spot to get Starbucks during Christmas. They have pleasant staff and a warm atmosphere. Everything was tasty and served in a timely manner. Their seasonal mugs and cookies are very special.

Excellent customer service from Dylan this morning. Such a positive person. The drinks we'd made perfectly. Great to stop on a break or heading into work for your quick fix. It's a small cafe however good for in and outs. The inside was nice and clean.

This is the best Starbucks in SF! It’s a hidden gem inside the 1 Market Plaza building. But once you find it, it’s very open and clean. There’s a huge atrium lobby right outside with tons of seating. And the employees are all super friendly!

It was good because there were few people and there were seats and it was free. The manager is very smart and does a good job.

I remember when this building was bustling and vibrant. It is a shell of its former self with most folks who worked in the building now working out of their home. There is also construction going on. All that translates to this Starbucks location being pretty desolate and...they closed at 1.30 and we had to leave early. Whaaa. Can't hold that against the staff though, they were great.

The staff is awesome. I look forward to going hear before I go to my office. They know your name and what your usuals. I love it!!The place is super clean and quiet. I used to go to Philz, Philz is nothing compare to my new sanctuary. If any of you have seen Cheers in the 90's, it's like that. You always feel like they get you. It's your spot. I need to do this review for them, they deserve it. However the hours are shorten hear.

This is review number Maestro or Maestra a few notes on the piano if you please, one hundred thirty one of this Starbucks! Getting too hot for the Pediatric size (my word for child menu) of hot chocolate or for any size of hot chocolate! Wow, something call Strawberry Acai! Not sure how pronounce it, from an Ice Cream place in Old Town Sacra, was told it is heart healthy. Okay so ask the lady she explains what this Acai is! I order this, wow, healthy item at a Starbucks! Yay ah yay! Upgrade my Gift Card by $21.00, any time I upgrade my Gift Card is always by $21.00, then order! Wow, big size, not bad at worth $4.45 on Gift Card or if pay cash! Pay cash, the ten dollar would do it, get $5.55 back in change! Thank you to Starbucks for a healthy item! Has nothing do with Starbucks, but I the TIGER am in a campaign to stop bullying! I doing a fiction book of Miss Starbucks fighting bullies! I writing a fiction book of Miss Starbucks fighting bullies! In it, I put in capitol Letters DROWN OUT BULLIES, she spills her hot drink on the bully! Any Starbucks Guests that also pour their drink on the bully, Miss Stabucks knows they lost their drinks to help her, so she gives those Starbucks Guests a coupon to get the free drink, and each Miss Starbucks gives Gift Cards worth fifty five dollars! If they have a registered Gift Card, they can transfer that fifty five dollar one to the registered Gift Card!

This coffee store is right in the middle of downtown so it is full of office workers on week days. The quality is just fine. You might have to wait in line.

In search of good coffee while walking along Market Street we stopped in here. Everything was good; service, drinks and easy in and out

San Francisco and Starbucks in particular have a serious problem with the homeless. Ha I g visited several around the convention area we were constantly met by homeless yelling and screaming as well as witnessing a number of homeless coming into the restaurant and just walking out with food from the counters. This city has been overrun and it is on the verge of anarchy in allowing the homeless to run amok.

While downtown we stopped for a cup of coffee and were pleased with the quick service. They have some treats for sale as well.

The most disappointing Starbucks I have ever been to: long lines, incorrect orders & no seating. We didn't go back.
