I am lactose intolerant and sensitive to caffeine and sugar. Too many options on menu.

My venti Matcha had one quarter tea and 3 quarters of foam. So much for community atmosphere, when can't even do basic things right!

The attendants are nice, I like the Sandwich, and I had a mutzarella paining in the past. I like this shop, tranquil, comfortable, and convenient on Irving st, and 19th Avenue, Sunset, San Francisco :)

Ordered a blended cold coffee with only heavy whipping cream. I told the cashier about three times. Then, when given to me, I asked again. The guy said that it was blended with only heavy whipping cream. He also said that he put it in a larger cup which is why it looked different. Well, when it got to the person that it was intended for, it was not correct. Kinda ridiculous that they ask for a tip before the product is even made. This is why I don't tip for someone to pour a cup of coffee incorrectly. I'd go back but I am not spending an hour of my life to get it corrected.

They are out of ice? Seems fundamental for a coffee shop. The outlets are also all dead.

The baristas are very nice though.

I really needed to use the restroom. The door was locked, and they insisted that I had to buy something before I would be allowed to use it. I decided that I would take my business elsewhere rather than dealing with their rudeness and attitude.

Every time I call in my order for the coffee traveler, they always have it ready for me on time. Very friendly staff. Never a shortage of coffee travelers.

I come here very often to this location on Irving and 19th whenever the Starbucks on 5455 Geary Blvd 😠(near my place of work-construction) run out of coffee travelers (very often 😠) especially early in the morning around 8am on the weekdays.

Many years ago, I was a partner at this location and I had some good glory days at this place. The new team is super sweet, clean, efficient. I hate that I didn't catch her name but the sweet girl working at 5:15 PM today (glasses, blonde ish hair?) chatted with me about being a partner and how different things were. She wrote the sweetest message on my cup that I saw after I left. The iced oat milk with blonde espresso she so sweetly recommended(thanks!) is delish. Give the girl a raise 🥰

Tons of trash littering the entrance and a shirtless homeless guy inside harassing customers. Staff acting like its all perfectly fine and normal.

Avoid!

I always without fail get my coffees and orders wrong. Especially when I wait for almost an entire year for the Peppermint Hot chocolate/Mocha and they always never add the peppermint and it’s just a regular hot chocolate/mocha with a fancy cup. Horrible service

While the coffee is typically good, the last 4 or so iced shaken expresso’s I’ve received through DoorDash have not been filled to the top. Pics (taken right after delivery) are from two separate days (also had two different grandes I’ve ordered that were skimp too). Pretty unacceptable seeming this isn’t cheap coffee and then it’s even more expensive for delivery.
You wouldn’t serve this to someone in store, so why would you send almost half filled coffee through delivery? Please do better.

I’m meh on the coffee, but the staff are always super friendly. A good backup when all other coffee/breakfast options fail.
