Went in after a very hot Labor Day weekend with the family. We got our orders and a few minutes We rudely got kicked out by a baristas after another barista rudely asked me what we're we waiting for. My friend was waiting to be helped. All she was asking was for milk for her iced coffee after purchasing it. Aside that she waited so long with a baby in her arms to get her milk, the barista rudely gave it to her. Super rude people. No customers service.

Worst service! Went the location Sunday morning and saw lots of cashiers were chatting each other and not even greeting customers. Only 2 of them were working hard and the rest is just standing by. I'm not from bay area so I won't come this location anyways, but I would rather goes to ones at downtown instead. Not recommended!!

A nice rest place after walking miles around the city. Nice staff, lots of options from protein plates to rolls to pastries and Icelandic yogurt. Consistent with the rest of the chain.

Pretty big place conveniently located. A bit slow sometimes, they happened to forgot my order a couple of times but overall good! People are friendly! There's a okay amount of seating (for such a location it's small...) but you can always grab a drink and seat by the water.

Well, I guess they are getting lazy I ordered through the app and when I got to my office my old fashion donut was still in the bag and I also ordered my coffee with lid which they didn’t put on. It’s very disappointing
