The staff here is nothing short of amazing. They were very thoughtful and attentive. There’s just a very relaxed vibe here. My husband had a meeting to take and I read my book. The music is quiet enough to be productive but still drown out people talking. Easily one of the best Starbucks in SF.
Wheelchair accessibility: I saw a man in a wheelchair come in and use the restroom, so I’m assuming it’s wheelchair friendly.

The flavor of their coffee leaves much to be desired. The staff demonstrate a lack of proficiency in preparing a basic latte. Furthermore, the demeanor of the employees appears notably disheartened.

Irresponsible for the customer's time and money. Made a mobile order via Starbucks App 1hr before the regular close hour. When arrived, the staff just said they were closed and they cannot refund the order and just gave me the Customer service number. Please avoid this store not caring customer's time and money.

Going to shop here at 7:20pm and it is closed even though the closing time is at 7:30 is deplorable @starbuck, what's going on here now the employees are owners?

I had the pleasure of being served by Barista Angel at this Starbucks location, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Angel’s warm demeanor and genuine enthusiasm made my visit truly memorable. Not only did Angel expertly craft my favorite drink, but their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction was truly commendable. I highly recommend stopping by and experiencing Angel’s exceptional service firsthand.

Starbucks has always been fine but recently they have a policy of no outlets at any of their locations. Was hoping to dip in to get out of the rain, get a coffee and charge up phones but this wasn't possible as all outlet were covered. I don't understand this practice as starbucks is basically an internet cafe but perhaps internet will be the next thing to go in order to keep people out of the space. Corporations will complain that brick and mortor locations are empty and claim economy and crime but in reality it is their greedy practices that deter the consumer. Staff was not friendly and seemed hostile to some of the other guests.
Kid-friendliness: They usually tell you the drinks have cafine, or some southern ingredients
