Starbucks has always been fine but recently they have a policy of no outlets at any of their locations. Was hoping to dip in to get out of the rain, get a coffee and charge up phones but this wasn't possible as all outlet were covered. I don't understand this practice as starbucks is basically an internet cafe but perhaps internet will be the next thing to go in order to keep people out of the space. Corporations will complain that brick and mortor locations are empty and claim economy and crime but in reality it is their greedy practices that deter the consumer. Staff was not friendly and seemed hostile to some of the other guests.

Worst Starbucks ever. They can't take an order to save their life......... .... It took so long and cashier chatted with her friend and held up the line

I came here to work and study. I would not recommend. They have all their outlets covered so you cannot plug in your laptop. Their mobile order pickup is not timely. I had to flag someone down and point at my items behind the counter because mobile orders have to be handed to you. They’re not in the open like other locations. What was frustrating about this is employees would come up to place more items in the mobile order section and divert eye contact. I was really disappointed. Usually I can rely on Starbucks when I’m traveling to be a place I can study and get work done. This was not the case. Off to a different coffee shop!

At this Starbucks location, be prepared for the hustle and bustle as it's consistently packed with customers seeking their coffee fix. However, amidst the bustling atmosphere, the drinks consistently stand out for their superior quality compared to other Starbucks spots. Despite the crowds, the dedicated baristas manage to maintain a standard of excellence, ensuring that the wait for your drink is rewarded with a reliably great taste.

Cute billboard at front with all the events listed near by on it. Ton of ample seating as we wait for drinks to wait and lots of people's or working and studying and talking! Near Golden Gate Park with ample restaurants near by alongside good people! Bonus: Dog Corner! Matcha latte took less than five minutes to come out! Seems to have limited ingredients due to the high traffic of the store, so very happy that matcha latte was still available!

First of all I really Hate Corporate Starbucks. There coffee sucks. My personal opinion. But regardless of that. Im reminded every time I enter a Starbucks, why I hate it so much. Besides the coffee being terrible. The customer service sucks. I went in with an app order and was standing there for about 5 min before anyone acknowledged me. They are chit chatting having full on conversation when people are waiting for their orders. I mean I am all about team building and comradery. But focus on what's paying the bills, your job. Then when you have down time. Chit chat away. Another corporate attitude is the bags. I mean really 25 cents for a bag. It's super weird who they choose to give abag to. Because I see other app orders in bags. That's how it used to be. But now no...you pay, or shall I say certain people pay. Again do not know there system. Of who gets a bag. But I do see app orders in bags. But not mine. Hmmmm!?! Well that's my review for 9th and Irving Starbucks. Good luck. Hope they get better. Considering they have a terrible rating.
