This store seems to really cut corners for a location where the bar is so visible. I often have to be pretty adamant about asking them to actually shake my refresher, sometimes having to ask multiple times (Shaking it is literally what makes it cold, the drink components just sit out at room temperature.) because they'll act like they shook it the first time I asked when I can see and hear that they definitely did not. I've asked for drinks to be remade only to watch them take it back to the bar and dump some of it out, add more stuff to it and hand it back, necessitating me to ask AGAIN for it to be remade. I would understand if they were slammed, but this happens even when I am the only customer in the store. Additionally, their beverage concentrates are mixed inconsistently, sometimes they're mixed correctly, other times they're so overdiluted that the drink is basically all water when no water was added. Further still, different baristas seem to have different opinions on what the same drink recipe is. There has never been water in my drink, but I'm constantly asking it to be remade because they put so much water in it, depending on who is behind the bar. There doesn't seem to be much governance over this location.

Go to this Starbucks a lot. They make my order how I like it. If it is before 11 am, I would suggest downloading the app and ordering at least 10 min ahead or you might have to wait longer then usual. So if if your in a rush definitely use the app. Other then that, this place is great, no watered down coffee, great friendly staff.
