I experienced the rudest service ever in this restaurant! My normal café latte order was served with skim milk, which I neither like nor ordered. When I insisted on getting my order with regular full-fat milk, the employee became very rude and bitchy. I was kept waiting for quite a while before being given the same coffee cup that I had previously complained about. I could clearly see through the glass how the employee parked the cup next to the coffee machine and later passed it back to the front. I have never experienced such impudence in a Starbucks branch. 7$ plus tip simply thrown out the window. A further complaint to the staff on site did not seem to be promising, as the employees, as already mentioned, were extremely rude.

The employees are super disorganized and struggling to get anyone their order. And because its a new style store you have to wait for regular coffee just like if you were getting a fancy bev. Avoid.

I follow the previous comment. It's not really a coffee. No seating, so the name Togo is more well received
The morning food is so bland

The place was closed 30 min before the closing hour and the guy inside didn’t want to attend. He said that had permission to not attend the customers in open schedule
Bad experience

I’m glad I looked up the menu before I went, as they don’t have a full menu in view, and the server wasn’t helpful. It’s a pick up venue, rather than a typical Starbucks. Bonded with another customer about how to get out of the store safely without being harassed by a man in a wheelchair grabbing at people at the intersection. I didn’t feel safe at all.

Pleasant customer service. Got the Spicy Lemonade Dragon Fruit Refreshers. It’s deliciously spicy. Have to sip it slowly. The spiciness will hit your throat if you take a big gulp.

I was in San Francisco last month for GDC, and I stopped in at this Starbucks almost every morning on the way to the Moscone Center. The place was always packed with a long line of customers waiting, but the staff was pleasant and professional. They never seemed to get flustered by all the orders, and I always got a hot coffee and tasty breakfast sandwich quickly. The front counter was usually run by a young man with bright dyed hair. I'm sorry I didn't get his name, but he was very professional and helpful. Thanks to the great staff here, they helped make the convention a great experience!
