Truly one of the worst Starbucks I have been to. I ordered a plain bagel, not toasted with butter and I received an everything toasted bagel. Completely wrong. While it wasn't a big deal because I caught the mistake quickly, it wasn't a monumentally hard order to get right.

I experienced the rudest service ever in this restaurant! My normal café latte order was served with skim milk, which I neither like nor ordered. When I insisted on getting my order with regular full-fat milk, the employee became very rude and bitchy. I was kept waiting for quite a while before being given the same coffee cup that I had previously complained about. I could clearly see through the glass how the employee parked the cup next to the coffee machine and later passed it back to the front. I have never experienced such impudence in a Starbucks branch. 7$ plus tip simply thrown out the window. A further complaint to the staff on site did not seem to be promising, as the employees, as already mentioned, were extremely rude.
