Again !! Starbucks has failed me!! I thought I had finally found my morning coffee shop..I had become quiet friendly with the staff... But strang thing happened... I was asked who I was going to vote for in this year's presidential election and I proudly said Trump.. and every since then I've been treated rude!! The young lady always broke my $100 bill (every morning) all of a sudden she can't do that.. my rainbowed hair asian girl that works there force me to bring in my dog (tiny) to give me a pup cup.. that had never happened .. gone were the mornings with a 'hello how are you?!!' And in was the days of "can I take your order sir.." no more friendly interactions .. I saw my rainbow hair friend having a smoke brake so I took the chance to ask her what has been going on ?? She called me a racist at the top of her lungs .. .. wow.. wow.. just wow.. even if they ask don't tell
Each time I visit this Starbucks store, l am met with the same unsettling experience. The barista, Jae, is consistently rude and aggressive towards me. His hostile demeanor has become so intimidating that my teenage son and I feel genuinely scared. Despite loving Starbucks, I can no longer justify coming to this store because of Jae's behavior. I sincerely hope the store manager addresses this issue with the urgency it deserves and ensures that Jae receives proper retraining. This situation needs to change for the sake of all customers who expect a welcoming and respectful environment.
