Has a very bad experience with the staff, particularly a lady barista. I was told by other staff member she would serve me, I waited and then another one said the same at which point she looked at me (I hadn't said anything) and said “You know patience is keyâ€. She may have a bad day but she should not treat customers like that or assume things that are not happenings.

Everyone was very friendly and we chatted while waiting on our goodies! We enjoyed breakfast at the bar top tables (wireless charger for the win) before heading out to explore the city.

One of the best city Starbucks around. When I think of Starbucks as a company I'd like to think they're all run this way and the store manager seems to know a thing or two when it comes to keeping up with the coffee culture and running a clean, friendly store. Whenever I'm downtown I try and stop in the grab a quick pastry and iced latte. Even when the line practically wraps around the front door and back you'll always have quick service.

I love my bartista Alejandro! i call him Jandro.. He always greets with a smile and wink, if anyone should learn about customer service it should be taught by this guy. The only cons is that a customer in the lobby was listening to Minaj, but after asking politely they lowered the "noise"..
