Came here in the morning of Saturday, September 22nd, 2023. I was ordering and after I told the cashier/barista (Asian looking with short black straight hair and a very faint mustache)my first drink order I said that is it on that (on that drink) and he immediately said “okay you’re total is” (in a very dry and annoyed way) and I said “oh I’m also getting an americano” as soon as I said that he slapped him hand if the counter and gave me a the rudest face and “okay what else” I read to him my second drink order and he said “your drinks willl be at the bar, thanks” in a very negative and rude way.I used to work at Starbucks and that’s not how you talk to customers specially if the customers aren’t being rude or demanding.

The baristas (Asian guy with black frame glasses and caucasian girl with short hair) were ignorant at this location. You can tell they hate working there.

Great staff here and also really clean area to wait in. Excellent spot for the mobile pick up so that the store isn’t congested. Really love this location! So well run. ???

After not one but TWO rude experiences at separate San Francisco Starbucks, of which this is one, it's no wonder they are shuddering up their stores. This morning I ordered a drink from the first of three stores today. The first one I would give 4 stars because they exemplified everything one expects from Starbucks. However both stores REALLY need to either retrain their employees or just replace them. At a time when San Francisco is rapidly succeeding in driving out its residents and business, Starbucks can ill afford to have employees that further assist the city succeed in this apparent goal. Moreover, Starbucks can ill afford to have rude, uninformed or uncaring employees representing it if it plans to keep what few stores do remain in San Francisco. To be clear, this is more a reflection of what San Francisco has become than it is Starbucks view of its customers.

I picked up a glazed donut in the late afternoon..got digestive issues for 3 days, which has been ruining my holidays…also not the best coffee. There are better Starbucks in town !

Not worth it! For the inflationary price of a latte at Starbucks! and doing away with sitting areas, but standing only countertops that are filthy and windows filthy so you can't even look out, but look down at filthy floors!! come on! ~ also why does that cashier have to be rude, if one asks for a receipt then give one out w/o giving one a dirty look! ~ he is getting paid well! the barista did make a delicious hot matcha latte that morning! ~ but standing in there trying to enjoy your drink in a dirty dingy place is not a pleasant experience ~ the ambiance is to be desired ~ what does it take to clean and wipe clean countertops for customers , how about disinfecting for Covid? Starbucks gets worse every time! nah don't care for the rewards program anymore either

I’ve stopped by a couple of times on the way to work. It’s pretty quiet in the mornings before 8am I’ve noticed. It might be because they don’t have their mobile order on? Not sure but I’ve always gotten quick service at that time.It’s a small store so there’s no seating it’s more of a grab and go but it’s convenient if you’re near Montgomery Bart.
