It was a busy time because of Starbucks Red Cup Day. But the staff was extremely patient for all of us at the long lines. I am grateful for their service and happy for the peppermint mocha!

12 minutes before my bus was to arrive I ordered a breakfast sandwich. I noticed those before & after me all received their order. I asked about my sandwich it was in the mobile order section getting cold. No apology or let me make you a new one. No thanks keep your cold sandwich. I'll like a refund.

Don’t preorder at this location in the morning if you are in a hurry. You will end up standing in the mobile order pick up line for a long time (at least 20 mins) as they can’t keep up with the orders. The line goes down the block.

don’t order from here during peak times. the line was about 40 people in the mobile pick up. waited 20 minutes past when it said itd be ready

I spent every day 21$ on this store.Never again.Today, "Esme" , one of the employees, embarrassed me in front of other people because i asked for one bag! Are you kidding me? I spent so much money everyday over there, they always gave me a small bag, but today she decided to give me attitude over one bag. And made sure to mention she will not give me again another bag.You just lost a loyal customer.This Esme does not deserve to work there.

Starbucks is a huge company and yet they don’t carry change and won’t take customers cash unless the accept purely 1 and 5 dollar bills as change. Doesn’t make sense.
