OLIVIA IS AMAZING! I work at Sephora Corporate and frequent this Starbucks. Olivia's customer service is unmatched. The store was packed and she was handling the high-stress situation so gracefully. She made every customer feel like they were the only ones in the room. I will continue to come back to this location just for her!

I ordered venti size for matcha frap and they didn't filled it up. I have like almost a quarter empty or full of foam 2 times already!!!!!! It's disappointing

12 minutes before my bus was to arrive I ordered a breakfast sandwich. I noticed those before & after me all received their order. I asked about my sandwich it was in the mobile order section getting cold. No apology or let me make you a new one. No thanks keep your cold sandwich. I'll like a refund.

Don’t preorder at this location in the morning if you are in a hurry. You will end up standing in the mobile order pick up line for a long time (at least 20 mins) as they can’t keep up with the orders. The line goes down the block.

don’t order from here during peak times. the line was about 40 people in the mobile pick up. waited 20 minutes past when it said itd be ready

Horrible service the lady working the front was so sarcastic. Waiting for my drink finally had to ask and they said was it a mobile order no I been standing here she says oh sorry ITS WAITING FOR U I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THAT STARBUCKS EVER AGAIN
For the past few months, I've been coming here in the morning. Each time I've come here it has been great service. They memorized the drink I always get and have even memorized my name. The workers at this Starbucks location are really good hard workers and I appreciate there efforts even while working on the busy street of market. I would definitely recommend stopping by this Starbucks to experience a, I would say "Great Starbucks Experience". Jack has been very friendly taking my orders. Thank you all for great team work!

Worst experience in years. Mobile orders apparently have to get in the order line; after five minutes trying to get my waiting order i left. Waste of time and money.

This is not an employee issue. They were working quickly and doing the best they could. This is a Starbucks staffing issue. Do not mobile order here! Ordered 15 minutes in advance then had to wait in a 15 minute line when I got here and no option to cancel.

This was a nice location - there was plenty of seating and the staff was friendly. My only suggestion would be to add more electrical outlets, as many of the tables do not have any near them.
