Very noisy room. All hard surfaces - not a comfortable customer experience. And when we asked for the restroom they told us to go across the street to the portable pay toilet.

Being from Seattle, WA This starbucks has one of the best curb appeals I have ever seen! The view looking in and out are amazing. You get a full view of the Fisherman's Wharf right accross the street. Great people watching and you can see Alcatraz!

Staff here was super friendly but felt understaffed at times or may have been in the wrong play to support the floor partners. This can be a busy location, please be kind and courteous while you wait. Generally you're on vacation, enjoy the minute you have to enjoy the views from inside looking out. ? It costs nothing to be kind to service workers, remember that!

Waiting over 20 minutes for a cup of water, I check in with the staff and they’re rude about it and say they can’t prioritize any orders. It takes 2 seconds give someone a cup of water, every other Starbucks would’ve given it instantly. This one is poorly run

I visited on July 4, an hour before closing, to pick up three mobile orders. The woman with curly hair and glasses (who was doling out drinks) was terribly rude to even ask a question to. So incredibly rude, that I’m writing a review solely based on my interaction with her. Why have a customer service job if you’re going to be so nasty to customers? No one is forcing you to work here.
