The restrooms are well maintained and the store is kept clean. However, it is a bit disappointing that the order was not received properly and a different coffee was served.Overall, I think the service is good.

-5 stars for customer service skills here. I can understand wanting to finish up for the night but the way people were being treated was ridiculous, maybe just be happy people aren’t boycotting your establishment in these times. Would recommend some training for the staff cause they made several people walk out from what I saw, at least they got their early close due to their terrible attitudes and behaviour. Yikes! Go to the one a few blocks up, way better experience.

The employee was incredibly rude to almost all employees inside. Wouldn’t allow anyone to use the restroom even though the store was still open for 30 more minutes. Argued with a man that politely asked to just wash his hands after they got dirty eating something he purchased at the store. Kicking people out of there chairs well before closing even tho it’s stated as being open till 5pm. Not worth putting up with when there’s better coffee to be found near by

30 minutes before closing they close their restroom to customers. Since it was closed I decided to wash my hands to consume food using a sink right outside the restroom. A female employee told me I couldn't wash my hands "it's against store policy!" 30 people walked out after hearing that.

The one taking one of our orders had his arms crossed, no greeting, no welcoming, no smile.I felt like I was being disciplined here.No way will I come back to this location again. NEVER.
What a shame, ideal location but awful customer service. Google map shows hours are 6am-6pm, website says 7am-4pm. This store did not open at 7 or 7:15...opened at 7:24. Assistant manager (Madi) never apologized, said someone called in, so they are late...including she showing up at 7:10 am. Lost at least 5 customers because they were not open on time, but they were unfazed.

Apparently a classic Starbucks, BUT: 1. people were not nice, 2. the restroom was closed for the day 1h before the closing time!! I spent $30 for me and my family to drink/eat something before traveling back to the Bay Area, and couldn’t use the restroom! It's awful to do that, in particular for paying customers. The coffee shop MUST have an useable restroom as long as customers are allowed to enter.
